Functional system makes it simple to manage users and documents, and rich features are customizable to meet the specific needs of a particular deal’s nuances. Competition in this field is tight, but Intralinks is trusted by the largest companies and is definitely worth considering.

    Positive: Simple and intuitive user interface makes it easy to find newly uploaded documents. Packed with features, including highly customizable security controls (restricting downloading, printing, etc.). Notifications are easy to set and useful, and managing large bulk downloads is simple. Affordable pricing makes Intralinks a contender for any deal.

    Negative: Not much to dislike about Intralinks Virtual Data Rooms. Certain web browsers seem to agree more with the platform, allowing in-browser viewing of PDFs, Excel files and other formats versus downloading them.
