Summary: Overall great support teams, ease of use, and real time statistics. Our new platform simplified numerous processes, great graphs, and it reduced our overall time management issues. The older platform was time taxing and cumbersome - much improved!

Negative: OSHA reports are difficult to produce, and the information does not populate as it should.

Summary: We were recommended this solution and it was a great choice because, in general, we use it to control documents, manage incidents and improve the data flow of document verification, reporting, tracking and monitoring, all in one place.

Positive: It is a complete tool, easy to use and meets my daily works needs, especially because you can enter data with good capabilities such as tracking and its EHSQ applications it offers are excellent because it is easy to implement and use. In short, it is a fantastic product.

Negative: No major problems, just that the support team responds very slowly.

Summary: Very well-thought out program, but document control upgrades could be more timely. Document control would benefit from an easier interface for logging in (or no-log in required) and searchability levels for general users at a kiosk station.

Positive: Easy to use library, professional appearance, easy to search. Powerful behind the scenes systems administration capability.

Negative: Time consuming to upload revisions, can be confusing for document approvers to submit approvals.

Summary: An AMAZING presentation, its usually hard for me to follow along but this conference is nice, and I especially like the networking

Positive: The most I like about Intelex/ACTS are the people they employed, sweetest group of people I have ever met

Negative: I don't have cons to report at the moment, I know that there are some limitations that are kind of annoying but we have gotten past them

Summary: It is a useful tool for supplier and incident management and makes everything easier, as all processes with all information are stored in one place and we can extract management information, including graphs.

Positive: I like this system for the simple fact that it is easy to set up and provides an excellent platform for managing documentation, training and database customization. I also liked the fact that it covers most of my organization needs.

Negative: It is an easy tool to learn and has no negative aspects, I just wish it was more intuitive.

Summary: Overall, I am satisfied with Intelex because it is excellent for our quality compliance processes, document management, incident management and ensure success.

Positive: Intelex is easy to administer, I like the stock module, the control panel and its ability to visualize and track performance. It also has a great user interface.

Negative: Reports sometimes cause problems and are not sufficiently configurable for our processes.

Summary: With Intelex you can solve multiple problems especially in data extraction, improve problems in the incident module, and it is flexible and easy to use.

Positive: The implementation process takes little time and is ready to use. I like the copy and paste features, the ability to manage issues and non-compliance and the improved workflow, plus it offers integration with legacy applications.

Negative: Needs improvements in customization to edit relatively simple functions.

Summary: Improved quality management, reduced administrative burden, data collection and significant simplification of the overall HSE process.

Positive: This software is powerful, robust and customizable, I like that it adapts to our needs and offers good qualities, especially its EHSQ system and corporate reports.

Negative: Everything is going well, only the collection of specific data causes some problems.

Summary: Incident reporting, comprehensive data access, reporting and risk management capabilities, incident logging and investigation, and we have significantly improved.

Positive: It's great for investigative reporting, incident management, storage, effective data management, easy to use and easy to manage. All of that is what I loved about Intelex.

Negative: I had trouble monitoring some processes. But it was fixed for now.

Summary: Overall, it solves problems by simplifying the processes involved in providing a safety data system and data collection, HSE management and we note productivity and drives decision making.

Positive: I like Intelex because of the management and because it offers good service and good customer support. I also like the flexibility and customization and the management of data collection to integrate a reporting system.

Negative: There are functions that are good and other that are not so useful and are complex.

Summary: Since I have been using Intelex, it has changed the way we work, improved performance and overall efficiency with its compliance, data and incident management system, and I am very satisfied with this software.

Positive: I like Intelex user-friendly design and good support system. I also like the ability to generate reports and periodic monitoring requirements that allow for quick and accurate follow-up.

Negative: It takes some learning and testing to learn and understand how it works.

Summary: It is an excellent product for complete documentation management, incident management, security enhancement, reporting and provides great visibility into our performance.

Positive: Its capabilities are excellent, especially to meet our business needs, and the best thing is that it is easy to use and filters incidents with ease. On the other hand, it is intuitive because it allows us complete management and the best configuration flexibility.

Negative: It takes some getting used to at first, but the rest of the platform is excellent.

Summary: Overall, this software is amazingly easy to use for filtering incidents, managing full traceability, supporting investments and generating tasks and reports.

Positive: The system is easy to use and the configuration capabilities of the structure meet our internal business needs. I like the customer service and performance of EHS.

Negative: It takes a lot of clicks to do something. It would be great if there were fewer clicks.

Summary: Quality management and safety at work, reporting, dashboards, quality management. We easily log into the system and get the parameters we need, which is great. Overall, the experience with Intelex software is positive.

Positive: I really like the simple user interface and the ease of generating reports, as well as the fact that you can customize forms and processes. I also liked that the documentation is complete.

Negative: It requires some time for initial setup and to meet specific needs.
