Summary: I have been using SC & iAuditor since its inception and have found it to be a fantastic and cost effective solution to inspection and reporting processes. The product continues to evolve and is, in my opinion the epitome of continual improvement.

Negative: I may be out of date with this as I now work solo, however from a company multi user perspective I found reporting on form completion rate and data collation at a company level would benefit from enhancement.

Summary: A great product that has improved our global office operations, auditability, and is something that we are now using at every location.

Positive: Safety culture is a flexible platform that can be tailored to your specific site needs. Easy to use on a tablet or cell phone

Negative: Inspections can be lengthy to set up/configure. Chat support defaults you to an AI bot that can be clunky to deal with

Summary: I love it, it can be used in multiple ways. It is vey user friendly and there are many way to customize for the goal of your organization.

Positive: Easy to customize and use. The field and office people all can open and use with limited training. It is very user friendly.

Negative: I'd like to print out more reports and tally additional personnel that were part of an inspection.

It is expensive.

Positive: Safety Culture provides some very effective tools for my tasks particularly with how easily it allows me to report and address hazards on the plant floor.
That kind of immediately feedback loop is essential to maintaining a proactive approach to workplace safety.

Negative: The user is experiencing issues with safely culture app. when logging into them their no task to do, my monthly tasks that are usually available are not found.

Summary: I'm glad my company is using this tool. Its user friendly. Log in is simple and quick. Theres currently a lot there.

Positive: Easy to Navigate. I enjoy the AI assistant. In today s society, speed is in demand. This new feature gives that.

Negative: Been using Safety culture since Nov 2024. Haven't come across any problems at my user level.

Summary: I've been using SafetyCulture in commercial and federal construction projects, and it's become one of the more valuable tools in my quality and safety management process. As an Assistant Project Manager and Quality Control Manager, I'm responsible for inspections, documentation, safety compliance, and maintaining project records across multiple job sites. SafetyCulture has helped simplify many of those tasks. The inspection templates are easy to customize, allowing us to standardize quality control inspections, safety audits, equipment inspections, and punch lists. Being able to complete inspections directly from a mobile device saves a significant amount of time compared to traditional paper forms, and photos can be attached immediately to document deficiencies or completed work.

Positive: Easy to use in both the office and the field with a clean, intuitive interface.

Summary: This is a good product that you can customize to your needs. I use it regularly on my smartphone with no issues.

Positive: You can create your own form to include all the items you want to cover. It is very easy to add photos to each item/question for reference.

Negative: It seems that if you answer "no" on some question, the program flags that as a bad thing needing follow-up. Sometimes "no" is ok answer

Summary: Incredible service overall. I'm a part of the administrative team that oversees employees using this app at my company and its been a resounding success using this app.

Positive: Ease of use, easy to navigate UI, extremely customizable to your company's needs. My agency has been using it for years now!

Negative: There is not a single con I can think of that would have me deter people from using this.

Summary: Overall we have continued to use the app for over 10 years and its worked great for how we use it.

Positive: App makes it easy to conduct our safety inspections when onsite. uploading pictures is a breeze, and the layout is just exactly what we want as a company.

Negative: i did like earlier versions of the app, and maybe with so many updates it changed too much, would like to see a simpler version as in years past.

Summary: Great experience in the time we've been utilizing Safety Culture. Its has added a level of ease to our record keeping and eliminated our team members from having to use personal data and phones as we were able to install on our company tablets.

Positive: Great for multi team capabilities and access. We use the templates on a daily basis for multiple departments within our facility.

Negative: Would like to have a verification or 'reviewed by' added to the inspection templates to have a record of review. This helps with accountability.

Summary: I would definitely recommend safety culture to anyone considering it for their business. It’s been very impactful to our business.

Positive: We’ve been using safety culture for over 3 years. The interface is super easy to navigate. Custom templates are easy to create and it gives us great insight.

Negative: Analytics are a little lite. They have improved this but would like to see a stronger dashboard.

Summary: Once you get used to using SafetyCulture has been great. I have been using this product for over 5 years now and have not even looked for a substitute

Positive: SafetyCulture is like having an employee right at your fingertips. Helps in keeping track of what I need to get done and easily transferred right to my office for later review. Couldn’t be without it

Negative: Setting up list can sometimes be a bit difficult but one done it’s easy to use

Positive: It is easy to create a fillable form and kind of fun to do it as well. It also has a nice mobile app that allows you to complete a form on the go.

Negative: It doesn’t do everything that I would like it to do

Summary: Overall excellent experience and a user friendly interface. I use this app to check quality in a janitorial environment and aircraft cleaning environment.

Positive: I enjoy using SafetyCulture. The freedom to add as many questions and customizing the questions to the job at hand is advantageous. The photos having a time stamp is also a great feature as our customers can see quality in real time.

Negative: The app uses a lot of battery life for both Apple and Android phones on the mobile app.

Summary: I have been using SC for at least 15yrs and they have made continuous improvements to make the system much more robust and easy to use.

Positive: I have been using SafetyCulture for at least 15 yrs and itin the earlier is extremely easy to use from pulling down from the library to developing your own sheets.

Negative: The only issue I have is you can make very complicated check sheets that are hard to edit.
