Summary: Intelex is an excellent out-of-the-box software for quality management and record keeping, it helps us a lot with quality related tracking and the platform is flexible and helps us more than expected.

Positive: It is an excellent quality management software, easy to use, I like its user interface and it offers many customization options and adapts to our needs.

Negative: When we contact to help desk, the queuing system is delayed.

Summary: Through Intelex we were able to meet our needs by providing a safety data system with the ability to track, assign responsibility, manage quality and basically solve our problems.

Positive: This tool offers a good service, such as data collection management, EHS inspection management, and I like that it is a powerful software with attractive features and very flexible to manage operations.

Negative: Only minor system load lag problems just that for now.

Summary: This application is excellent for record keeping, document quality management and auditing, and we generally use it to solve these problems, which is beneficial.

Positive: What I like most is that it is able to resolve supplier quality issues and offers the ability to generate reports, plus the audit trails are easily accessible and I really its features.

Negative: The user interface should be more intuitive to improve the user experience.

Summary: My overall experience is positive because it provides reporting capabilities, and its wonderful because it allows you to solve quality management and training problems. thats great.

Positive: What I liked the most is how easy it is to set up and the support service is excellent. On the other hand, the flexibility is amazing because I can handle multiple tasks without any problems and manage quality control documents and everything goes smoothly.

Negative: So far everything is going well and I have no problems affecting the operation of Intelex.

Summary: Positive, very configurable for unique oil and gas air quality calculations, needs more online documentation for users

Positive: The ability to configure this application per how each company does specific calculations, asset explorer that shows the tree hierarchy

Negative: Lack of documentation for how changes made will impact other aspects of the system

Summary: Overall great support teams, ease of use, and real time statistics. Our new platform simplified numerous processes, great graphs, and it reduced our overall time management issues. The older platform was time taxing and cumbersome - much improved!

Negative: OSHA reports are difficult to produce, and the information does not populate as it should.

Summary: We were recommended this solution and it was a great choice because, in general, we use it to control documents, manage incidents and improve the data flow of document verification, reporting, tracking and monitoring, all in one place.

Positive: It is a complete tool, easy to use and meets my daily works needs, especially because you can enter data with good capabilities such as tracking and its EHSQ applications it offers are excellent because it is easy to implement and use. In short, it is a fantastic product.

Negative: No major problems, just that the support team responds very slowly.

Summary: Very well-thought out program, but document control upgrades could be more timely. Document control would benefit from an easier interface for logging in (or no-log in required) and searchability levels for general users at a kiosk station.

Positive: Easy to use library, professional appearance, easy to search. Powerful behind the scenes systems administration capability.

Negative: Time consuming to upload revisions, can be confusing for document approvers to submit approvals.
