    Summary: This app was a miserable failure, took months to realize it.

    Positive: Initially it worked smoothly and was easy enough to save and review voicemail. Pleasant interface, seemed very apt to start.

    Negative: Went offline twice, 1st time customer service took weeks to respond, 2nd time no answer to 3 inquiries over 2 mos and no explanations. Customer service really is nonexistent. And it was inconsistent about playing my greeting, and about notifying me of missed calls, even when it was working.

    Summary: Very bad they do not respond to your questions when you have problems. It is impossible to deactivate and nobody answers.

    Positive: Nothing to like. You can not deactivate the Visual voicemail and they do not respond to your questions or messages whatsoever.

    Negative: It's impossible to deactivate.
    And they do not respond at any messages.

    Summary: I just want my my entry in service to work on my phone and it's not doing so and I need some way of solving this an issue.

    Positive: It was good when it works but not knowing my password and asking them to sent my a code their will not send it to me and that is highly rude.

    Negative: Tried to contact them now. Trying to get my voicemail to work is a pain in a neck and people cannot contact me if they're gonna call and talk to me and I just get phone numbers and don't know who the people are if I don't answer the phone at the time.
