Positive: It was absolutely amazing working experience with the Infocon team. Their sales team including Tech/Customer Support has been great.

Negative: They are very professional and responsive. Their EDI system is easy to use and works great. No complaint.

Summary: I like the EDI platform, it makes easy to get orders from customers. Sharing documents like Ship notices and invoices are just a couple clicks of my mouse.

Positive: They made EDI simple for me. I do not need to enter my invoice twice, Infocon Systems inputs it into Quickbooks for me.

Negative: Currently we don't have any cons to share. Our. Technical support is also good.
