Their features work really well, the integration with our ERP is smooth, and their customer support is always there when we need it. Overall, we feel like we get way more value with Infocon than with anyone else.

Positive: I really like Infocon Systems's platform. It makes getting orders from business partners easy. Sending shipping notices and invoices only takes a couple of clicks. It’s super convenient and works great!

Negative: It’s easy to use. I don’t have to enter my invoice twice, Infocon Systems automatically sends it to Shopify for me.

Negative: Infocon doesn’t use a one-size-fits-all model, everything is quote-based. That might be a downside for some, but in my case, it worked well.

Positive: Full drop ship lifecycle support from catalog + inventory transmission to purchase order transmission thru vendor acknowledgment, Advance Ship Notice and invoice responses. We like the support for various protocols in single platform and all types of integration options including API, FTP, VAN and Portal.

Negative: Nothing major to write here. It is a good investment and positive experience.
