    Advocacy at Scale

    Summary: Overall, I see Influitive making big strides in innovation this year. Their VIP hub is also a great way to meet other customer marketers - the content is uber relevant and valuable - they've put big effort here, I can see it.

    Positive: You can really grow an advocacy program with this tool. I like the gamification and automation of rewards. The UX is really nice and you can now do more with branding your hub. Some of the new features are super helpful - like lenses, to be able to see exactly what the hub looks like in the eyes of your customer - this was lacking before.

    Negative: The support has been lacking in the past, however, I have noticed significant improvements in the past year. The account management teams seem more customer-oriented as well. Running 2 hubs from one instance proves challenging - the UI of the admin side of the hub makes managing challenges difficult, visually. The custom reporting is complicated.

    Awesome Advocacy & Community Solution

    Summary: Overall, Influitive has been a strong partner to our business. Our advocacy efforts have grown tremendously with the tool and accompanying support.

    Positive: Influitive has been a leader in this space and provides tons of thought leadership and guidance on how to build and manage an effective advocacy and engagement program. Additionally, they deliver webinars and materials to keep administrators "on their game" throughout the year and highlight the successes of their customers. The tool itself is relatively flexible to meet individual needs (can turn features on & off, sign-on feature options, etc.) and has enough pre-baked content to get you going. The Influitive team is also highly responsive, whether to smaller technical questions or larger strategic ones.

    Negative: Integrations can be difficult to work with, so if that's important to you, get your technical folks involved before making a decision.

    Incredible customer advocacy platform

    Summary: I have been in an advocacy role since 2015 when it was really just starting to take off as an official role within organizations. I had been dreaming about Influitive for many years and finally got the green light in 2018. Due to some mismanaged priorities and no exec support, we couldn't get the program implemented.

    Fast forward to 2020 after we acquired an organization that had been using it for 5+ years. With the help of my fellow main admin of the other company, we rolled the program out in about a month. We had a pretty successful beta program, and our recent launch has been quite successful!

    It used to take me weeks (sometimes months) to fulfill advocacy requests. Since implementing Influitive, we've cut that time down to hours and days. Instead of having to go to every single CSM and Account Owner, we can go to customers directly to raise their hands. It is an incredibly powerful tool and I'm so excited about its potential to help our advocacy program grow.

    Positive: - Intuitive user interface.
    - Has saved us so much time trying to identify advocates
    - Super quick and helpful support (both CSM and support team)
    - It feels like they really listen to their customers and the feedback they are given.
    - Overall an incredible and helpful platform.

    Negative: - There are some minor feature upgrades that we could get faster but working for a software company, I know that product updates can take time.

    Best Customer Advocacy Community Product Out There

    Summary: Influitive has helped change the way our organization uses our advocates. We've still got a long way to go, but we are finally started to more fully utilize the Influitive product.

    Great partnership with Influitive

    Summary: We are very pleased to work with Influitive. Influitive listens to their customers and incorporates the most requested features into their planning. We have a dedicated Customer Success Manager and the leadership team is available to listen and engage with us. Influitive has stepped up its game and continues to make the end-user experience a positive one. We plan to work with Influitive for many years to come.

    Positive: We have used Influitive for our online community since August of 2016. The pros include: Easy to use, can have multiple administrators, visually appealing, safe environment for members, and it encourages engagement between members. Influitive has been investing in product roadmap improvements and the software continues to get better.

    Negative: There really isn't much I don't like about Influitive. The one item we would like added to the product roadmap is the ability for our end-users to upload documents to the platform. We have submitted this request to the product team and our CSM. We haven't experienced downtimes or issues that aren't resolved quickly. Support team is responsive and helpful.

    This software is a lifesaver

    Summary: The ability to give each department access to the customer feedback they need has been wonderful and the whole team loves it. We have been able to grow our program with ease thanks to this software.

    Positive: Influitive has helped our company connect with our customers on a whole other level! We are also able to easily reward customers for participating in activities, which is a big piece of our strategy. It is easy to customize and we've been able to come up with creative ways to use the program to benefit different teams within the organization.
    Their support team is also great!

    Negative: There aren't many cons at all. My only qualms would be needing little additions around the ways we're trying to use the software outside of its original intent.

    Very effective tool for customer advocacy

    Summary: Our overall experience has been very positive and we would recommend Influitive for other organizations looking to manage their customer advocacy program.

    Positive: Influitive has allowed us to create a rich online community of our best customers, and provide ways to both deepen our engagement and relationship as well as active their voice into the market. The solution is easy-to-use and our marketers have a lot of agility and flexibility in managing the program. Our Customer Success Manager has been a good partner in helping us use the solution to the fullest and they are regularly enhancing the features/functionality.

    Negative: Sometimes the support quality is not great. I think they could take more time to review tickets before responding and it would cut down on the back and forth and time to resolution.

    We Love Influitive

    Summary: Overall, Influitive is a must have. I wish all the companies that I've worked at and will work at will utilize this tool. The type of challenges they have for advocates to complete are great. They have everything from writing a response, to submitting a screenshot to, promoting something on social media. In addition, the rewards can be customized and you can feature gift cards, apple products, experiences, or vouchers to complete a certification, the options are endless.

    Positive: My team and I can't say enough good things about the Influitive platform. We use it on a daily basis to interact with our partners, get win stories, get feedback about solutions or new programs, ask partners what they want to see from us or hear about next, as well as promotion for webinars, blog posts, etc. It's honestly a great tool and it's our go to when we want to interact with partners for feedback, user groups, interviews, and more. On top of the amazing use cases, the platform is easy to follow and easy to learn. The training they provide, along with the Influitive VIP hub, is very helpful to stay on top of new features and releases.

    Negative: There aren't many cons at all to having a platform like this. I would say the only thing they can work on is a faster response time for support.
