Summary: Much better than other employer job seeking platforms. Recruiting is a tough task right now and Indeed definitely helps out.
Positive: We love indeed for the ability to see consumer profiles. We are able to reach out to candidates who have recently updated their resumes and who might be a prospective employee. The communication is effortless and the results are impressive. We get constant responses from potential candidates. The pricing for Indeed is also really sharp.
Negative: The program is very reliable. We can't really find any faults in how it works. We have had some concerns about it flipping between countries with out us knowing. Seems a simple issue that we may have caused ourselves.

Summary: I have used Indeed to hire 25+ employees. It is a cost-effective solution to find qualified candidates that are fit for the job. In my experience, most of the people I have hired have been great employees.
Positive: The ability to search for qualified resumes is a time saver. You are also able to set up required qualifying questions for anyone to be able to submit their resume to you. Communication with each candidate is quick and easy.
Negative: You pay for a bank for resumes to contact. It can start to get expensive when some candidates that are not qualified for the position still answer the qualifying questions with untruthful answers just to get the interview.

Summary: Indeed is a necessity in todays world to find a job quickly, easily while not having to mess with the fear of COVID.
Positive: This app makes job finding simple easy and to the point. I haven't found another software that can do what indeed does when finding a job.
Negative: I wish the website was easier to navigate on the cellphone. Mobile use definitely isn't it's strong suit.

Summary: Indeed provided me with a facility to schedule an online interview for all potential candidates who fit the characteristics of my company's posted employees. With this platform I have been able to have a close connection with the candidates through a videoconference that is integrated into the Chat and thus make the interview easier. With automation, the implementation of other tools has made it easier to create interviews for all candidates and that everyone has their place available at the time of testing to see if they really qualify for the posted job position.
With the search tool I have been able to facilitate and speed up the process of finding potential employees for the jobs that are currently available within my company. This was a great release of workload since sometimes we did not have good candidates and it was time to perform the manual search work, so with the search tool and filters I have been able to determine what type of person I require for my company.Positive: I can schedule interviews with candidates from this same platform, so you can be informed when the next interview will be available in order to assess whether a person is admissible for the job position. This allows me to be able to establish different meetings with the different applicants within the same platform so that I do not have to be on one platform or another to be able to assign interviews on days that are available, it also integrates very well with Google Calendar to be able to write down said meetings. interviews and have this as a reminder since it uses Google Calendar for all the notes of the following days so I can know the upcoming events without missing a day.
The mobile application is available for both iOS and Android, this gives me access to this platform without having to enter the website through Mac or PC. The applications for both iOS and Android are very complete, giving me the facility to be able to track the notifications of the applicants and respond to the Chat in order to facilitate the communication of the possible candidates of the postulated jobs. The performance of both applications is very good, I have not had any problems in the course of use.
It has multiple filters to facilitate the search for potential candidates since in this way I can find resumes that can be adapted to the jobs that my company currently has published. These filters are very detailed and they are very varied with respect to the personnel that may be available within the platform, so there is no problem finding the ideal candidate for the available job position.
Interface is very easy to use regardless of where you connect to this platform, you don't need to be an expert to be able to search for a possible employee or post a job from your company. It was not very complicated to be able to use that company to be able to share different jobs available from my company, I immediately had several applicants and potential employees trained in relation to the published jobs.
Its plans are very well suited to any type of company that is looking for a staff for the job, so it will not hit your pocket when posting a job and that this position is for a certain time. I liked this because there are many platforms that abuse prices when posting an available job, however, this platform does not use the same billing method and they are more flexible for small companies.Negative: It is difficult to know if the same person is making different requests, making it difficult to handle all the requests since they are mixed up among so many notifications, you have to do a little research to know if the person is sending multiple requests. It would be better to be able to have applications from applicants instead of having individual applications so it doesn't pile up so many notifications and it's easy to track if one person submits multiple applications for the job that's posted.

It is not possible to have direct contact with the candidates unless they directly provide us with their contacts, it is only possible to have contact through the Chat of this Rare platform and this makes the recruitment process slower for men, that is normal through the website or posting on social networks. Also, not all candidates respond immediately or at all, making it a waste of time when recruiting or interviewing for a job at my company.
There is no way to verify the veracity of the information of the experience that the candidates supposedly have within their profile, this makes the recruitment process more difficult when it comes to finding qualified personnel for the posted jobs. They could integrate a verification and certification system like LinkedIn does. In addition to not being so easy to contact the candidates, it is also not easy to validate their information quickly, since if we could verify the information and certificates that the candidate provides in their profiles, we could quickly rule out people who are not suitable or untrained for the jobs.
I have received hundreds of requests from foreign people to apply for a job for which it is impossible for my company to grant that job even if it meets the expectations of my company. That is why I would recommend having an option in which a person cannot apply for a job unless they have a visa or are inside the country, thus avoiding setbacks when conducting an interview, since if there is a space or section where the application requirements mention that you must have a visa or it would not be easy for both the applicant and the company that posts a job offer. -

Positive: Whenever our company has a spot to fill and post it on Indeed we get the amount of applications needed. The company is easy to work with and very helpful. There are a few details we personally change on our job posts and Indeed is there to help each and every time.
Negative: The design and overall look of Indeed is outdated and not pretty for the eye. It is very business looking and to the point. It would be nice to see an updated site that is more appealing to the eye, especially as the next younger generation starts coming into the workforce.
