Positive: Thank you for providing a very clean font, layout and interface, one that is clear, user-friendly, and very easy to use. It really helps stay engaged, and is dynamic in its ability to use individually; based on one's own unique individual needs. I really enjoy the ability to connect and feel a part of a wider community of colleagues, and a stronger connection to (the) organisation in general. This offering of kindness and articulating of observations and gratitude, has helped me feel a greater feeling of appreciation, and compassion for my fellow colleagues, and positively impacts my own capacity to give to the work I do each day, on a professional, and personal level, and is helping my growth in both areas as well. Summary: We are an organization with a more traditional culture and although a platform only facilitates, Impraise has been great in helping to further transition our culture to more open feedback and continuous conversations.
Positive: The option to adjust the performance conversations to how teams are working and to allow individuals / managers to set objectives and ask feedback at own initiative are great to get people to use it. It works easy.
And Impraise really helps to evolve towards a better performance and learning culture.Negative: We would like to adjust the words sometimes to make it more our style, but that is not always possible.

Summary: Very complete platform for HR leaders that are looking to combine performance, development, real-time feedback and engagement surveys. Also, their Customer Success team is very helpful during implementation and when introducing new modules.
Positive: The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. Do platform does a good job at allowing our people to make performance conversations and development conversations more tangible. Our managers have given positive comments about the mobile app experience and the 1:1 functionality. For us as HR it's helpful to get all the analytics to understand the performance, development and feedback across the company.
Negative: Sometimes there's intermittent emails and push notifications sent out, however since we’ve implemented, we’ve already seen improvements in this particular area.
