    Spam galore

    Summary: Hopeful then dejected. I have been seeing negative affects due to the spam, users can't chat as they keep getting spam comments. It's a professional site and we are losing trust from this.

    Positive: Ease of setup, functional. The pros are far outweighed by the negatives as our large traffic site is now covered in spam comments that Hyvor can not resolve.

    Negative: There is spam every page. Hyvor have not fixed, meanwhile, all our pages are covered in junk comments.
