    Summary: Great platform to get the actual pulse data of the people and use this data to recommend learnings for our budding managers. Highly recommended platform.

    Positive: - Comprehensive feedback system on the 7 focus areas and further sub-focus areas.
    - Slack feature for social connect.
    - Anonymity works best for us as the employees are truthful and open about their opinions.
