    Summary: Switching to this property management system centralized our entire operation. Managing reservations, payments, and OTA channels from a single dashboard has massively reduced front desk stress and eliminated the need for manual spreadsheets. We’ve seen a solid increase in direct bookings since integrating the engine on our site, making it a fantastic value for the price.

    Positive: The channel manager syncs instantly with major OTAs like Booking.com and Hostelworld, completely eliminating our double-bookings. Unlike standard hotel software, Hostel Mate actually handles bed-level inventory for our mixed dorms flawlessly. The automated check-in and direct booking engine save our front desk hours every shift

    Negative: Setting up the dynamic pricing rules and getting the initial configuration dialed in took a little bit of time to learn. I also wish there were a few more color customization options for the website booking widget to match our branding exactly
