Our solutions are available to all hospitality management companies, including hotels, resorts, spas, restaurants and golf courses. You can create a 360-degree profile of your customers by unifying guest engagements on a single platform. Two products are available: HotelCRM365 CRM and Hospitality Suite CRM. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, at its core, is a software development platform. Dynamics 365 is extensible and designed to allow for customization. Microsoft calls the xRM Platform (anything relation management) the core of the product. Although the product is from Microsoft, it does not have specific features for hospitality. This is where Hospitality Suite CRM steps in.
