Summary: I wish I got into Hodlnaut earlier. Grateful to my friend for encouraging me to join. I have only positive experience so far. Never needed customer service so cannot feedback on that.

Positive: Easy to navigate. Good yield rates. Token swap allows flexibility in case of market volatility. Withdrawal does not require 24+ hours unlike other yield apps that I use.

Negative: (1) If only I could send fiat and buy crypto in the app... (2) besides a graph line showing market moves, good if app could show market "ups/downs"

Summary: High yield, user friendly portal and mobile app, easy account set up, so far my experience with Hodlnaut has been excellent.

Positive: The yield rates are the highest I have found, for the small selection of coins they support. I'd like to see an expansion of coin offerings (Cardano would be nice to see!) but what Hodlnaut does offer is excellent. The app and online portal are very user friendly and easy to navigate.

Negative: The only thing I can see wanting at the moment is the amount of coin offerings is limited. I'd like to see an expansion in this area.

Summary: For people who trust the future of money is crypto currency, this is one of the best platform to store you crypto and earn high interest especially the stablecoin.

The only worry, similar to all other crypto exchange and wallet, is hacking. So let's hope they are doing a good job in the security.

Positive: Apps design is really wonderful where you can see your interest rolling by the seconds.

Very smart to pay out interest on every Monday to cure your Monday blue.

APY is among the best.

Negative: I don't have anything bad to say as of now on Hodlnaut.

Summary: I have been using Hodlnaut for few months and so far - very pleased.
All in all - i would definitely recommend this platform as an alternative/addition to BlockFi, Celsius or Nexo platforms. Great job Hodlnaut team - please keep innovating!

- Pretty functional mobile app (only using IOS version).

Negative: - Selection of coins could be improved.
- Recent decrease in Tier-1 rates (but market is market and rates are still some of the best in the industry).

Summary: I've interacted with Hodlnaut a couple of times on Twitter and once through the platform. Overall, I've had a great experience all around.

Positive: I'm a big fan of Hodlnaut. Earning interest is simple and they've gamified what it's like to earn interest with the rolling ticket. Overall very high rates and I especially appreciate the trade without fees function.

Negative: It's not Hodlnaut's fault, but Ethereum fees are very high right now.

Summary: Good so far.. 1 month usage.. Money is rolling in as promised. Yet to withdraw. Heard that there is perks when introducing more friends to join.

Positive: High returns. Simple interface. The returns can be award as other coins that is more desired. The weekly payout and the per second visual interest is nice to watch.

Negative: There is mandate on ERC-20 which has high fees to do transfer.
withdraw has a fee of $18 and that the platform requires you to buy coins from other exchanges to transfer in.

Summary: No unnecessary fees, no withdrawal lock-ups, fast support, constant upgrades, easy to use UI, best in the market.

Positive: Intuitive UI, simple to understand tiering system and fast support. Effective marketing and constant updates. Best in the market.

Negative: Security can be improved by using physical tokens (e.g. yubikey) and the dev team is already working with this in mind so thumbs up.

Summary: Would definitely recommend this for Hodlers. Allows you to keep with the market while on the go and swapping rates are good.

Positive: Convenience, token swap on the go and easily view assets. The interface is clean and you can see interest earned on a daily basis.

Negative: Limited Tokens available at the moment. And there are withdrawal fees.

Summary: Great app with no issue at all. Withdrawing and depositing are very smooth. If it can offer more alt coins, it will be even better!

Positive: Having the idling crypto earn such high interest is the best part about this app. Because there’s almost nothing we can do with our crypto while waiting for it to moon.

Negative: The withdrawal rate is still a pain. Other similar platforms are already offering free withdrawals.

Summary: Pleasant experience and no issues using Hodlnaut for more than half a year now. And their new apps are a good addition.

Positive: Able to swap crypto to other crypto instantly is a good addition. By doing so, you can save on the withdrawal and transaction fee on your exchange.

Negative: Still no free withdrawal yet. The only free withdrawal is only the first withdrawal this month.

Summary: Great and loving it, if no withdrawal fee would be way better. I appreciate the support as well and great customer service.
