Positive: Being new to Cryptos, naturally I was cautious. The application and verification process put me at ease. The staff who did the verification was thorough but polite.
Transferring and withdrawing were very simple.
Earning interest was easy and compounded every Monday promptly.
Recently I ran into some technical issues but these were quickly attended to. The problem was resolved within a few hours.
