    Summary: Hireology has made it possible for our company to improve the hiring process and also to improve the quality of the employees who work for us, since we have hired a large number of very well-trained candidates who have a very good resume, a good work experience and good studies, which has allowed our company to grow every month. In general, I am very satisfied with the results obtained with this platform, I have noticed how all the sectors of our company have progressively improved thanks to the fact that we have hired better candidates with better skills to work in another company, in addition, I love the way in which I can position the vacancy ads within this platform, since depending on the amount of money I pay for positioning, my ad will be in a better position compared to other similar ads. I am very pleased with the way this platform has improved the hiring process and the interview process.

    Positive: Hireology has proven to be relatively helpful to our company as it has improved the hiring process and improved the online employee search. One of the first things that I liked about this platform is the quality of candidates that it has within the platform, currently there are many candidates of very good quality, with very good skills and with a fairly extensive resume that demonstrates the experience they have. in the workforce, it has helped me get some pretty good candidates who bring an overall positive outcome for the entire company. Another thing that I liked about this platform is that it has the ability to show me the candidates that are close to my location or the location of the company, this platform uses a GPS system to only show me the candidates that are within the state in which is my company. Another thing that I liked about this platform is that it allows me to manage all the interviews within it, I can carry out interviews online but I can also register and schedule interviews for the candidates that I have recently chosen, the platform allows me to register this interview and send the invitation to the interview, it's amazing how I can manage all the interviews through this platform.

    Negative: A negative point of this platform is related to the design, this platform is not at all to my liking, since it is a fairly basic design and really when using this platform I have felt a bit bored, that's why I try to use it very little during the day, in addition, another of the things that have to be improved within this platform is the free version, it has many limits when it comes to publishing a new ad for a vacancy within a company, in addition, it does not allow new users They can search for jobs within the platform, each new user who wants to enter the platform to look for work must pay a subscription, which seems quite negative to me.

This platform is currently being used by our corporate sector of the financial services company, but it is also being used by our HR sector to be able to manage and interview schedule and recruit new employees in our company when necessary, I really love the effectiveness and the great experience that platform has brought to our financial services company, we have been able to hire all kinds of engineers for our company, specialists in financial services, we have also hired the new marketing staff and we have also hired a new staff for the other sales sector, it is important and how much this platform has positively affected our company. If we talk about the general functions that this platform has, it is important to highlight the great effectiveness of the recruitment system, and also the search system for new candidates for a vacancy in your company. One of the main features that I liked about this platform is the excellent job search system, as it is an all-in-one platform, it also allows any user to search for a new job that is close to their location. The main reason why What I like about this feature is because it has an automated system that detects the location of that user, and offers or reflects the jobs that are close to that location, it is able to show each of the vacancies that are open in various companies that are located near that town, in addition, it also shows the number of people who have applied for that job position, you can fully consult each of the candidates who have already applied for that job position, and also to know advanced details of that vacancy. I really love the process and the system to find a new job, although we have not used this system, I consider it very effective for those who are looking for a new job.

    Another of the functions that I like about this platform is the candidate search system, since it allows me to find candidates located in different states of the country, in addition, this function is capable of showing me the job profile of each one of the candidates, I can find out about the previous experience they have had working for different companies, as well as the studies they have had or the courses they have taken during their work experience. I love being able to know advanced details about each of the candidates, since that in this way I can choose the candidate that best suits what I am looking for for that vacancy. Another feature that I liked is that it has an automated system to configure a default questionnaire for each user who wants to submit an application as a candidate for one of my company's vacancies, this questionnaire has advanced questions about the knowledge required for that vacancy, and this questionnaire allows me to rule out people who are not qualified for this job, I love this candidate system as it allows me to immediately delegate the application to those who are not qualified. I also liked the interview system that this platform has, since it allows me to schedule interviews for specific dates, in addition, each interview that I have scheduled for a specific date can be viewed by each of the HR members of my company, by which, I really love this system because it allows me to organize all the interviews with different candidates for different days, so that no interview is interrupted.

    Negative: Hireology has very striking characteristics which allow a good hiring process for any company to be possible, however, during our experience we have also perceived some negative things that have caused this to no longer attract much attention over time. platform for our recruitment process. The first negative thing that this platform has is the high costs, the basic plan and the plan for companies have too high prices, for which I consider that this platform is only optimal for those people who have a good economic position to be able to pay the premium plan, in addition, there is currently no free version of this platform, there is a demo version but it is not complete enough so that users cannot try the entire platform and the employment functions it offers, for which , if someone is looking for a new job and I want to use this platform for free, it will not be possible, they will not be able to access the job offers that are close to their location, they will have to use the basic plan to be able to access these functions, I think you have to create a free plan for new users.

    The second negative feature of this platform is regarding the interview system, as I mentioned previously this system allows me to schedule interviews for specific dates and to ensure that no interview crosses with other scheduled interviews, however this system should be much more great as it currently allows us to do online interviews, it would be great to be able to communicate with each candidate using this platform, it would be great to be able to interview them via video stream and audio stream, it would be great to be able to use online interviews as this would help me save a lot of time and money, plus, the interview process would be much more expedited, since the data does not have to wait for us to schedule an appointment to see us and interview them.

    The third negative thing about this platform is with respect to some failures that the application for mobile devices has, since it is not there to demonstrate all the offers available for the search for a new job or a new vacancy, in addition, this application shows results or very limited information of each of the candidates who have applied for a specific vacancy, for which I highly recommend to all users who use the computer version, this would allow them to access the platform in a much more complete way.
