    Efficient and easy-to-use. Hey Oliver is by far the most straightforward marketing automation platform.

    Summary: Hey Oliver has helped us vastly in attracting new clients for our company but also in offering real time support for our website visitors.

    Positive: The feature I like the most from Hey Oliver is that in Live View, I can see details for the users of my website in real time and react accordingly if needed, for example target them with specific offers based on their browsing history. Other than that, it offers so many features which are easily usable and understandable so it makes my work easier and more efficient.

    Negative: I would like it if there was a simpler way to view our reports. For example, we sometimes want to see the analytical results of each campaign or the results for all of them in a single report.

    Summary: My experience was great as a whole; Hey Oliver helped my company to attract more potential clients and increase leads.

    Positive: The live-chat of Hey Oliver has helped us in communicating with our clients directly and providing excellent support. Also, the dedicated client success manager that we were assigned to, helped us with the creation of targeted campaigns for our visitors to convert.

    Negative: I would prefer if I could view a more detailed analytics dashboard for my campaigns.
