Summary: They rob you in the name of withdrawal fees charged by the wallet provider. Last week , i made a profit withdrawal of $30K and they sent me $28,500. When i asked :
first their support said less amount might be due to the BTC price chance. When i argued, they sent me the email that THEIR WALLET PROVIDER CHARGES 2-3% FEES ON WITHDRAWALS ABOVE $10,000.

Before i withdrew, i asked them if they charge any withdrawal fees and they said no.

When i raised this point - they mentioned - "withdrawal processing fees are determined by our wallet provider and are beyond our control. While we do not impose direct withdrawal fees, transactions above $10,000 may be subject to fees from our liquidity and payment providers."

They charge 2-3%, when even they are not sure whether it is 2% or 3% and that being said, they charged 5% to me. $1,500 that is 5% of 30,000$. I said the same to them and It has been 5 days now and they are not responding back to me.

They are doing a theft in the name of wallet provider fees.

I have all the screenshots to support my claim and replies from them.

Please help me get my money back from them and be careful when you withdraw with them. This may happen with you also.

Positive: They take US clients and do not require any account verification documents to start trading on the platform.

Negative: - slippage issues
- delayed withdrawal
- hidden withdrawal fees
- platform freeze

Summary: Scammers. Can't withdraw funds. My withdrawal is pending for more than a week now, customer service is good for nothing. Scammers imo. Very unorganized or stealing.

Positive: Nice interface to trade, graph taken from TradingView on web trader. There are no apps for Apple devices yet.

Summary: I'd rate hankoX 7/10. It's great with all the features, charges, platforms, and copy trading service. But they don't have MT5 platform. It would have been great if the broker offered that too.

Positive: Great to see HankoX bringing some features to their platforms. Tried their MTX4 and it works like a well-oiled machine. Also very happy to see this broker bringing in some educational material on its platform. It's really helpful for traders into EA trading.

Negative: Deposits sometimes take a bit longer to reach my account.

Summary: Overall a good experience. Costs, service, platform speed all good. Just hope that Hankotrade brings MT5 to the platform and it'll be best broker out there in the market.

Positive: Hankotrade is an outstanding broker with transparent cost structure and remarkable trading conditions. Been with them for over 2 years and now and never faced any issue regarding my money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to my friends.

Negative: The broker can work on a few things to make the experience even better.
It has brought back MT4 on the platform but it'd b great if we can have MT5 too. Plus a few more cryptocurrency options would be great.

Summary: If we talk about my overall experience, It has been good. I didn't face any major troubles or hassles during trading or while depositing/withdrawing my funds. I'd say Hankotrade is a solid broker and I will continue to trade with this broker.

Positive: 1. Smooth running platform
2. Chart trading feature is really helpful
3. Withdrawals are on time
4. Customer staff is always friendly

Negative: Sometimes I feel that Hankotrade sends too many emails, kinda like newsletters which are terribly annoying to me. Also they have a web application for HankoX and not a proper mobile app. Even though web application is great and all I'd still prefer a mobile app.

Summary: Solid broker for scalping because of the tight spreads. Spreads on GBP/JPY are competitive. recommend

Positive: Fast execution speeds ensure that my trades are executed promptly.
Customer support is responsive and helpful, providing quick solutions to any issues I face.
The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making trading straightforward.

Negative: Limited deposit and withdrawal options, but that's not a big problem.

Summary: There's room for improvement in the frequency of email trading reports. Monthly reports fall short of my preference; I'd like more frequent updates from Hankotrade, possibly daily report.

Positive: Low commission. Clear trading platform. Minimal slippage. Technical support quickly answers questions.

Negative: There are no more frequent updates from Hankotrade, daily reports should be added.

Summary: Hankotrade stands out for real. Quick withdrawals, smooth trades, and no-nonsense Forex EA integration. They've got my trust for keeping it simple and delivering on the promises.

Positive: 1)I really liked the fact that I could easily use my forex EA on this platform. No hassle, or troublesome hanging, just smooth trading every time.

2) Their withdrawal speed is superb! Just a few hours and your money hits your account on the same day.

Negative: Limited pairs of crypto for trading and non-existent educational material on their website.

Summary: I trade fx currency pairs and crypto on Hankotrade's platform and up till now I have no major complains. I am satisfied with the commission charges, withdrawal speed, and slippage is also on-existent. All in all a good broker.

Positive: I started trading with Hankotrade's STP account but recently upgraded it to ECN Plus account which is spread free. the commission charges are quite attractive and overall the platform works quiet smoothly.

Negative: 1. Hankotrade's customer team needs to step up their game. The chat agent on their website sometimes takes very long to replay.

2. I was disappointed that Hankotrade doesn't offer any educational material or market forecasts on its website.

Summary: I can't express how thrilled I am with Hankotrade. Starting with just $250 for a test, I withdrew it without any hassle. Then, I increased my investments to $500 and even $5000, and each time, the withdrawals went through smoothly. What really stands out is their support team - they're so knowledgeable and ready to help everytime making it easy to communicate and get help when needed. And here's the best part - they don't pressure me to invest more or try to push any unwanted decisions on me. It's refreshing to deal with a broker that genuinely values their clients.

Positive: I really like their Helpful customer service, hassle-free withdrawals, swift execution, low commission charges, and transparency in fees and other charges.

Negative: The only small downside I've noticed is that the spreads can be a bit larger on crypto pairs. But honestly, I don't mind it at all, especially when compared to the shady practices of some other brokers out there. With Hankotrade, I feel like I can trust them completely. They've won me over, and I'm sticking with them for the long run.

Summary: I am a newbie trader and still in the phase of learning. I am currently using Hankotrade's STP account that I opened with $10 since I didn't want to invest a large sum. The commission charges are also okay. The only thing that they need to work on is the customer service. They sometimes take around 30 minutes to an hour to respond to simple questions.

Positive: I like their quick deposits and withdrawals, low spreads and commissions, and smooth order placement.

Negative: Customer service needs to be improved, that's it. No other issue.

Summary: I've been trading with these guys for about 7 months now and I must say, they're pretty solid. They've got all the features I need and their recent update is seriously impressive and has made order execution faster than ever.

Positive: 24/7 fast support.

Negative: They only take deposits and issue withdrawals via crypto. Unfortunately they don’t have other methods. Sigh :’(

Summary: Hankotrade, in my opinion, is a reliable broker with favorable conditions. The quality of their services is excellent, and their support team is responsive.

Positive: I particularly appreciate them offering MT5. I mainly trade Forex with Hankotrade. Their execution is fast, and the platform runs smoothly without any lags. These are the things that matter to me the most in my trading routine.

Negative: Would definitely love if Hankotrade could offer more deposit and withdrawal options like other brokers in the market.

Summary: Overall if I conclude my experience it'd be this: 8/10. I enjoy trading crypto here and will surely stick with them if they continue to provide the same level of experience to their clients.

Positive: I have had my fair shares of testing around diff brokers. Hankotrade has so far been the best broker out of all the other ones that I have tested. The platform is user-friendly, easy-to-use, and their propriety trading terminal is mind blowing! Deposits and withdrawals are also timely.

Negative: The major downside of this broker is its crypto only payment system. Also a separate mobile app would be great.

Summary: If I talk about my overall experience, it has been great. I am with them for past 5 months and didn't come across any problematic stuff. I am looking forward to continue trading on their platform

Positive: Their STP account is great if you want to learn how to trade. The customer staff is courteous and helpful. As a new trader, I also liked how easy to use their platform is, didn't have much trouble with it. I also have a copier account with hanko and I have made good sum from it.

Negative: The only thing that frustrates with me Hanko is the crypto option. As a guy who is just starting out crypto is not the best method. I'd prefer bank transfers more over crypto transfers.
