Positive: Hankotrade's features are awesome including its negative balance protection which is honestly such a stress reliever in volatile conditions. Besides I really like their customer care agents who are always available to respond and never ghost you.

Negative: this broker doesn't provide any market analysis or forecasts like some brokers do. Would be great if Hankotrade introduces something similar for its clients on the portal.

Negative: The broker should upgrade its trading tools. the ones available are for babies and not of practical use. Other than that everything is good.

Summary: I recently opened my account with Hankotrade as the spreads with my previous broker were very high. I began trading with them and was able to make some decent profits. Their slippage and low spreads are the best.

When I opened a position of 1 lot on the EUR/USD pair, I experienced no slippage on entry or exit. Similarly, when I opened a 0.5 lot position on the USD/JPY pair, there was only a minimal slippage of 0.1 pips on entry and none on TP.

It's worth noting that people count pips in gold differently, so I'll use monetary values instead. I opened a 0.1 lot position and experienced no slippage, while a 0.5 lot position had only a 0.02 slippage. Both positions hit the SL at the same time, with only a 0.06 slippage.

Positive: Hankotrade offers insanely tight spreads which brings down the average trade cost compared to most other brokers. I will process my withdrawal next week and I really hope that Hankotrade doesn't make me beg for my own money. Fingers crossed!

Negative: Their trading VPS appears to be a bit slow. I have already lodged a support ticket to resolve this.
