Summary: I'd rate hankoX 7/10. It's great with all the features, charges, platforms, and copy trading service. But they don't have MT5 platform. It would have been great if the broker offered that too.

Positive: Great to see HankoX bringing some features to their platforms. Tried their MTX4 and it works like a well-oiled machine. Also very happy to see this broker bringing in some educational material on its platform. It's really helpful for traders into EA trading.

Negative: Deposits sometimes take a bit longer to reach my account.

Summary: Overall a good experience. Costs, service, platform speed all good. Just hope that Hankotrade brings MT5 to the platform and it'll be best broker out there in the market.

Positive: Hankotrade is an outstanding broker with transparent cost structure and remarkable trading conditions. Been with them for over 2 years and now and never faced any issue regarding my money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to my friends.

Negative: The broker can work on a few things to make the experience even better.
It has brought back MT4 on the platform but it'd b great if we can have MT5 too. Plus a few more cryptocurrency options would be great.

Negative: Sometimes I feel that Hankotrade sends too many emails, kinda like newsletters which are terribly annoying to me. Also they have a web application for HankoX and not a proper mobile app. Even though web application is great and all I'd still prefer a mobile app.

Summary: Solid broker for scalping because of the tight spreads. Spreads on GBP/JPY are competitive. recommend

Positive: 1)I really liked the fact that I could easily use my forex EA on this platform. No hassle, or troublesome hanging, just smooth trading every time.

2) Their withdrawal speed is superb! Just a few hours and your money hits your account on the same day.

Negative: Limited pairs of crypto for trading and non-existent educational material on their website.

Summary: I trade fx currency pairs and crypto on Hankotrade's platform and up till now I have no major complains. I am satisfied with the commission charges, withdrawal speed, and slippage is also on-existent. All in all a good broker.

Positive: I started trading with Hankotrade's STP account but recently upgraded it to ECN Plus account which is spread free. the commission charges are quite attractive and overall the platform works quiet smoothly.

Negative: 1. Hankotrade's customer team needs to step up their game. The chat agent on their website sometimes takes very long to replay.

2. I was disappointed that Hankotrade doesn't offer any educational material or market forecasts on its website.

Summary: I can't express how thrilled I am with Hankotrade. Starting with just $250 for a test, I withdrew it without any hassle. Then, I increased my investments to $500 and even $5000, and each time, the withdrawals went through smoothly. What really stands out is their support team - they're so knowledgeable and ready to help everytime making it easy to communicate and get help when needed. And here's the best part - they don't pressure me to invest more or try to push any unwanted decisions on me. It's refreshing to deal with a broker that genuinely values their clients.

Positive: I really like their Helpful customer service, hassle-free withdrawals, swift execution, low commission charges, and transparency in fees and other charges.

Negative: The only small downside I've noticed is that the spreads can be a bit larger on crypto pairs. But honestly, I don't mind it at all, especially when compared to the shady practices of some other brokers out there. With Hankotrade, I feel like I can trust them completely. They've won me over, and I'm sticking with them for the long run.

Summary: I am a newbie trader and still in the phase of learning. I am currently using Hankotrade's STP account that I opened with $10 since I didn't want to invest a large sum. The commission charges are also okay. The only thing that they need to work on is the customer service. They sometimes take around 30 minutes to an hour to respond to simple questions.

Positive: I like their quick deposits and withdrawals, low spreads and commissions, and smooth order placement.

Negative: Customer service needs to be improved, that's it. No other issue.
