    Summary: HaloPSA is the best cloud based system we have used and we have tried a number of systems, some well known and some not so much. Halo covers all based really well and is very pleasant to use. Once of the things that makes it so good is the HaloPSA support team who are really attentive and go out of their way to get issues resolved as quickly as possible.

    Positive: Modern and fluid interface, huge array of features and integrations, great support and constant regular and ongoing development at a very competitive price.

    Negative: Can be tricky to get everything setup the way you want on your own but this is the case with any decent and comprehensive PSA system. Guided PS would be a good idea to make sure you get the best out of it.

    Great product, great consultancy!

    Summary: I've had a very pleasant experience. The person helping me with onboarding really knew the product inside and out. And when I did ask a question he did not have the answer to, he would consult with their developers and get back to me.

    Positive: The product is rather new, compared to other PSA products in the market. That does not stop it from being very complete in what it does. It includes a lot of features out of the box, and has a lot of integrations and API access to expand it even further.

    And when you have a suggestion that might help all of their customers, they will not hesitate to talk to you about it and implement it into the software.

    Great product, great consultancy!

    Negative: I personally wouldn't call anything a con in my experience with HaloPSA. If I were forced to call something out, it would be that you really require some consultancy to get the most out of your product.

    But honestly, that's with a lot of tools if you want to make the best out of their product.

    Summary: Very very happy with Halo, the platform, the support we receive and our relationship with Halo via our Account Manager.

    I would highly recommend Halo to any MSP or IT team.

    Positive: The interface is fast and being browser based is very good at being able to undo mistakes i make when working quickly in a high pressure environment.

    The layout is simple and clean but very effective and the ability to drag and drop is a nice touch which speeds things up.

    Support is generally excellent and always able to assist when i need to create a custom report at short notice.

    the reporting suite is also very good. You will benefit from investing as much time as possible to tailor your needs.

    It seems like the platform is constantly being developed and regular updates are provided which are relatively simple to follow as well.

    Having used several other ticket solutions in the past, i found Halo to be head and shoulders above the rest.

    Negative: The only limitations i have is my own lack of time to develop our use of Halo... The product offers everything we need as an MSP at the moment.

    HaloPSA - great product, great business partner

    Summary: We have been using HaloPSA and its predecessor (NetHelpDesk) for over 7 years and it has grown from a simple IT Helpdesk ticketing tool to a full PSA, Project Management and Sales tool for us. We are able to use 1 system where we had used 3 before. A good interface and SQL backend, backed up by excellent support make this tool a joy to use. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

    Positive: HaloPSA is a flexible tool that works out of the box, but can be expanded to integrate with many other systems from Accounts apps like Sage and Xero to RMM tools like NinjaRMM and Datto.
    The support team and developers are excellent - always quick to respond to email or phone support with the fix there and then - if if a change, escalated and actioned promptly. Everything from a simple additional report to helping with a full database restore (due to our mistake) is handled professionally and in a friendly manner.

    Negative: Development is fast - we struggle to keep up with the updates on our on-premise setup. That said, Halo support our version without pause and upgrades don't take long to complete, they just need to be done with the system offline.
