HaloPOS Description

HaloPOS serves as a comprehensive platform for point-of-sale and venue operations tailored specifically to the hospitality sector in Australia. It seamlessly integrates various functions such as counter and table ordering, QR code and online pickup orders, kitchen display systems, printer routing, EFTPOS payment reconciliation, as well as the management of menus and reporting for sales, GST, and BAS. This versatile system caters to a wide array of establishments including restaurants, cafés, takeaway spots, bars, pubs, and hotel food-and-beverage services. The compatibility of tablets, printers, and payment terminals is determined by the specific requirements of each venue. Those utilizing cloud-hosted plans must ensure they have internet access, while those with an on-site license can operate the POS locally on a mini PC, keeping in mind that card authorization and cloud connectivity have distinct requirements. Additionally, an optional Voice AI feature can handle phone inquiries and menu-related questions, prepare drafts for pickup orders for staff to review, and facilitate communication among staff members. This Voice AI service is billed separately according to trading days and venue specifics. Furthermore, HaloPOS offers assistance with menu configuration, hardware evaluations, and the transition process, ensuring a smooth implementation for all users.

PRTG Catches Network Issues Before They Cause Downtime

Threshold-based alerts flag problems early, so your team can act before users notice, not after.

Reactive troubleshooting usually means hearing about a problem from frustrated users, not your monitoring tool. PRTG sets threshold-based alerts across devices, servers and applications, notifying your team by email, SMS or push the moment a metric crosses a set limit. That means catching a failing disk or overloaded server before it becomes an outage and getting time back from firefighting. Start a free trial and set your first alerts today.
