    Summary: Fix the data issues and Admin capabilities and the product would get an A+
    For those reasons I can give the product more than 4 stars.

    Positive: The software is simple anyone to use to develop a website and there are enough features in the package to satisfy the needs of most simple community websites. The customer support is terrific and price is very attractive, a very good product for the price.

    Negative: Working with the member data and accounts is not as good as it should be. Most of the problems that I have encountered have been dealing with resident accounts and information. Also the software does not allow Admins enough capability to solve issues.

    Good luck if you need product support after you go live - and they want your domain!

    Summary: Good at first... until there was a problem. Easy enough site, but no account reps to be had... just a "team." so when you are trying to problem solve... prepare for frustration. Their platform and operational business model relies upon you giving them your domain management rights. If you prefer not to, then you, as the administrator have to ping-pong between companies.

    Positive: Price and easy templates. Not much more positive to add. Sales reps were helpful enough, but after you go live, there is no accountability for product support.

    Negative: Their whole platform is easy and cheap... 10 people to the whole company..... but EVERYTHING on their platform backend is geared toward HOA Express managing and wanting your domain. Good luck if you keep it to yourself. Then if the site goes down... there is NO ONE to talk to. Product specialists stay behind an iron curtain. Front line phone people are hapless and helpless. No accountability as there is not ONE account rep.. just a "team." Think Comcast customer service in an endless do-loop.
