Summary: I suggest a reliable partner to help manage your transaction processing and simplify PCI compliance. They provide all optimizations in-house for the subscription-based business, which gives greater flexibility on top of easier access to numerous partners.

Positive: Gr4vy has been an excellent partner throughout the initial negotiation, integration, and support phases of scaling. It has facilitated access to a range of card-processing optimizations and enabled seamless internalization by facilitating the access to alternative payment methods.

Negative: I would love to see more flexibility on how merchants can process the card payments by specifying the needed instrument dynamically, including processors, tokens, PANs, and NTs.

Summary: The experience with Gr4vy has been extremely positive. I would recommend Gr4vy if you are considering adding a Payment Orchestration layer. It has increased our time to market and offered us operational gains through consolidation. We can see the reduction of our technical debt through the use of their platform.

Positive: Understands what orchestration is truly intended to be. Offers a solid product with continuously evolving features to meet the market. Listens to customer feedback and adopts changes to meet everyday needs.

Negative: Gr4vy is still evolving its analytics dashboard. I'd like to be able to look more granularly at our payment traffic, however, in some cases, they are superior with some pretty significant drill down capabilities.

Summary: Our overall experience with Gr4vy has been excellent. It has simplified the complexity of managing payments at scale, improved our authorization rates, and reduced operational friction across Mexico, Colombia, and Ecuador.
As a fintech that processes a high volume of school payments, we need reliability, observability, and flexibility—Gr4vy delivers all three. We highly recommend it to any company looking to modernize or centralize their payment infrastructure.

Positive: Gr4vy has been a game-changer for mattilda Pay. The platform is extremely easy to integrate and its design is clean, modern, and built with developers in mind.
The orchestration layer is powerful and flexible, allowing us to connect multiple PSPs, automate smart routing, and manage retries seamlessly.
The support team is outstanding—fast, technical, and proactive. Their engineers actually understand payments deeply and guide you through best practices.
Documentation is clear, APIs are consistent, and the dashboard gives real visibility into every transaction. Overall, it has accelerated our ability to scale payments across multiple countries in LATAM.

Negative: There is always room for additional PSP connectors in Latin America, but the team moves fast and is open to roadmap collaborations. For us, this has not been a blocker.

Summary: I’m at the team at the conference, had a great discussion with their sales team, asked to continue discussions, and they were prompt, we negotiated and discussed for a very long time. Some of the values they were deliver, and everything was really professional and smooth, and I have been elated with the quality of the product in the values l the team has delivered.

Positive: The team across the board has a tremendous amount of payments experience, they know the issues we face, they were two steps ahead on every issue that I presented in the product is a direct reflection of this.

Negative: We became a customer in the first year of business so some features were not yet available and we had to wait, they exceeded expectations and delivery timelines so it wasn’t a huge issue. That’s literally the only con I could think of.
