    Worst Customer Service Ever!

    When explained his answer was too vague, he decided to throw it back at the customer and say "oh well your answer is too vague..." Then copy and pasted the same answer. I mean, talk about cheap crappy service. No updates on open tickets. Cases open for months and no resolution. Their ticketing system sucks. They seriously need to consider or go on some training to learn how to respect customers.
