    Summary: Very disappointed as our property management company has recommended this platform to several of our associations. I guess I will be looking for new website platform!

    Positive: The administrative set up is very easy which was a feature that I liked.

    The website is very user friendly and easy to use for different aged residents in a HOA or Condominium Association.

    Negative: I have a technical question, and no one will answer emails which is the only form of communication available to contact the service provider. I have sent emails to: hello@gogladly.com over the last 45 days and no response. The provider does provide a contact number either.

    I used to have a contact person which I emailed first. No response and then started sending to the email address above.
