Positive: The most convenient way to manage multiple email accounts all in one place. Coupled with the mobile app it is very helpful in getting quick responses back to customers.

Negative: It can be difficult to navigate. I would prefer it be easier to toggle between different email accounts.

Summary: I loved how Gist enables marketing, sales and customer support in one dashboard. Its knowledge-based support feature helps to reduce manual support and saves lots of time. Overall, I suggest Gist if you want a product that can handle all your sales and marketing and support in one place for small businesses.

Positive: I liked being able to send automated emails to users at the scheduled time. Sales, marketing and support team stay and collaborate in one place. Enables live chat support for external customers. Its customization helps to build catchy campaigns. The UI/UX design is minimalistic.

Negative: The number of personalization options is very less. No activity-based email personalization support.

Summary: Great app, very affordable, no ecommerce features. NO TUTORIALS =( Please fix it and it will be killer app.

Negative: No ecommerce features. No features that Gorgias app has made for ecommerce =(

Positive: It offers a complete package of email marketing features. It also gives you complete analytical support about your campaign. Many free customize email templates for every business.

Negative: It worked great for me. Never had any issue. No cons.

Positive: Very very easy to use from a team level for support. also has the ability to set up an email support to bring in as new chats.

Negative: At first the interface is a little different to use.
