Summary: Overall you will not regret trying this, especially if you have multiple locations with multiple doors and procedures
Positive: Genetec Mission Control makes responding to alarms easier than you can imagine. That ability to create the alarm breakdown and step by step instructions is fabulous.
Negative: It took us awhile to figure out how to download the extension. Wish there was a more elaborate break down for that

Summary: Overall Genetec is my favorite security system I have used so far. Their tech support and tech docs are very helpful in problem solving and enhancing the system.
Positive: Genetec has just about every feature you can imagine for securing your facilities. I have been working with the program for two years and am constantly learning something each time I use it.
Negative: Sometimes you will find a great add on that has stellar features, but it always feels like it costs something. Genetec is essentially the base and you have to pay for a lot of the neat features.
