Summary: I lead a team of about a dozen, in a company with 50-100 employees. We used the service for a year, but opted not to renew. And, as I learned first-hand, I understand why. The platform advertises and promises a lot of functionality that it simply cannot deliver. And when seeking help, the response you will receive is, "Thank you. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do."
Positive: Diverse array of "benefits" on which to use accumulated points.
Front-end interface is easy to navigate.Negative: Extremely poor and dismissive customer service.
