    Positive: What I like best about Fortva is its uncompromising zero-knowledge encryption paired with AI-powered OCR. It gives our law practice absolute peace of mind when handling highly sensitive client vital records and corporate agreements, while simultaneously eliminating hours of manual data entry by automatically indexing and extracting critical text from scanned PDFs. Furthermore, the fact that it hooks directly into our everyday tools like Microsoft Word, Salesforce, and DocuSign means my team can manage the entire contract lifecycle seamlessly from a single, secure environment.

    Negative: What I dislike most about Fortva is the steep initial setup and learning curve for non-technical administrative staff.
