Positive: Flock makes communication effortless. All in one tool. Free trial package. Easily integrates with Dropbox, Asana, Twitter and Google drive. Easily create images, videos, blog's etc. Powerful search option helps in finding anything like file, link or messages. It optimizes project management. User friendly software.

Negative: User friendly interface, easy to operate. No dislikes for this amazing app.

Summary: I am using Flock at my organization for a year now. For an office setting where there are several employees who all work together but that are located in different geographic locations flock can be very helpful. We are able to keep an ongoing chat to quickly resolve any issues or answer/ask any questions amongst each other. Flock would not be great for constant video communication as the audio and video quality can sometimes be a little off. Moreover, sometimes I have encountered some lagging issues in the delivery of messages.

For a small to medium scale company Flock is definitely a plus.

Positive: (+) Integration with Gmail and Google calendar.
(+) Real-time communication, reminders for events set on the calendar.
(+) Conferencing options, inbuilt to-do lists.
(+) GIFs, stickers, documents can be shared easily.

Negative: (-) Audio and video quality over the conferencing calls are not very great.
(-) Functionality can be improved and UI can be a lot more friendly.
