Flexwhere Description

Flexibility-oriented organizations can use Flexwhere Workplace and Meeting Room Booking System to manage their workspaces and meeting rooms. It is a Dutchview software application. These employees don't have a fixed workspace. Flexwhere allows them to quickly find out which meeting rooms and flex places are available and where their colleagues are located. The information can be viewed on a desktop, laptop or display. Flexwhere can be accessed from any device, including a smartphone or tablet, via the mobile app. Flexible workplaces are becoming more popular. This is creating all kinds of possibilities but also raising questions like: "How do I find a free workplace?", "Where can I find the colleague that I need?", "Is there a conference room on this floor?" Flexwhere Meeting Room Booking System can answer these questions and is ideal for supporting the transition to flexible work.

    Summary: I am a happy user and also the colleagues are using it very successful and satisfied. The price is ok and the flexibility of our sales contact is excellent. Thanks for this cool tool!

    Positive: Easy to handle tool. I mostly use the App on my mobile phone and its perfect. Also the administration functions are easy to use.

    Negative: I did not find any cons for the purpose we need it for.

    Important tool for our organization with a flex-factor of 0,5

    Summary: Easy to use for all employees. With the app and desktop version of Flexwhere employees can make an easy reservation. Thanks to this tool we are able to work with a minimum of workplaces. Our flex-factor is 0,5. Not all features are available in the desktop version. Especially finding a free spot is not yet possible in the app. But every month new features are released.

    Intuitive and just right for us

    Summary: Space was gradually becoming tight in our company and so we were forced to find a solution. This is where we became aware of FlexWhere. It is easy to use and our employees can now conveniently book their space.

    Positive: - Easy to use
    - Both as a mobile app and in the web browser, makes operation very flexible
    - Not packed with unnecessary functions, everything has its purpose

    Summary: A pleasant, user-friendly cloud-based reservation tool with many options and good support with regular expansion of applications.

    - see where your colleague works
    - simple management tools
    - respect for privacy (GDPR-proof)

    Negative: Very occasionally, releases with new features follow each other (too) quickly with a chance of minor disruptions. These are usually resolved quickly.
