Flex Planner is a web-based time-recording and flexi-time sheet software that can be used by both computer-based staff and smartphone users. Flexi-time software allows employees to log time via a simple web interface. Although the system was designed for flexi-time, it can also be used to record non-flexi and time-off time. You can record your working time by manually entering it or clocking in and off. You can also record annual leave/holidays, sickness, and any other type event. Approval mechanism to allow administrators and managers to approve time entries for staff. Calendar for annual and sick leave. Calculation of flexitime surplus, balance, and deficit on an ongoing basis. Use flexi time rules like minimum lunch break, earliest and final start and end times, core hour, and core hour. Assign time to clients, projects, or tasks, and report on the project effort and durations, if necessary.
