Summary: I like it so I will continue to stay subscribed to the service in order to get the coupons and a advanced warning of upcoming sales. I hope they will streamline to process of adding the coupons or deals.

Positive: I like that one company keeps me up to date with local businesses. I coupons are pretty good deals and the advanced notice of sale days help me plan to take advantage.

Negative: It takes quite a while to accumulate points. Also, I get text messages, then I have to click a link to add the coupon. If it automatically added them and told me this, it’s one less step I’d have to do.

Summary: Wonderful. This program is simple and easy to use. The app provides some good resources to find participating vendors. I will be testing the support aspect in the future.

Positive: I like the ease of use and ability to use the app to see when my next reward milestone is.

Negative: I had an account but was not able to use it since my number did not get entered prior to making my purchase. I would have liked the waitstaff to advertise or promote the program better.

Summary: Very easy to use. It works about as well as others apps and doesn't require much maintenance

Positive: It keeps me updated on specials in my area. It also keeps track of when I get rewards

Negative: Wish there were more options that are in the service area

Summary: Fivestars is good for getting small rewards at places you already frequent. The rewards could be bigger but still worth using.

Positive: Points and coupons for all the local businesses you already frequent

Negative: Points could have better rewards or faster to earn ..could also have a coupons page

Summary: I enjoy the experience overall. It's great to have reward points.

Positive: I like having the rewards for purchasing the items. This is the reason I am using Fivestars and the reason I go to Fivestars stores.

Negative: Sometimes the app does not load my points or how much reward I have.

Summary: Great deals, lots of selection, people were friendly amd a nice atmosphere for everyone

Positive: Friendly staff, great prices, good selection, good location, something to find for everyone

Negative: Not enough changing rooms store needs better bathrooms and not enough staff available for me to ask questions when i needed to talk to someone

Summary: Good. I’m about 50/50 on the whole thing. I would recommend to someone

Positive: I like it because it is easy to use and gives local discounts.

Negative: I think there are too many push notifications. I would prefer less.

Summary: Good, no complaints and its a convenient feature to have on my mobile, without needing to remember something every time I go out to eat.

Positive: I like that you don't have to keep track of your points separately and that it always reminds you about deals you have. And you don't have to carry frequent buyer cards! My wallet is so much lighter these days

Negative: I don't like getting multiple reminders for the same place of business or discount. Becomes overwhelming.

Summary: Great! Simple and Easy.......... Even have my kids help me with my points lol

Positive: So easy to earn points at places I enjoy dining and shopping with. Just need mu phone number and watch them add up.

Negative: Wish you had more partnership with major restaurant chains

Summary: The overall impression is easy to use but the down side is the delay or no credit given after a purchase.

Positive: The reward benefits are nice to redeem for food. I would prefer that the credit is instant so I can redeem them faster.

Negative: Sometimes I don’t get credit for purchasing a product. For example, the last two times I bought something at Ding Tea in Elk Grove, I did not receive credit even though I put my number in the keypad machine.

Summary: Smooth, non-intrusive, a definite value-add. I've redeemed rewards several times at this and other vendors.

Positive: I just enter my phone number once and the tracking and recommendations are handled quite seamlessly.

Negative: No initial complaints with the program or application.

Summary: Easy to use. Hope more businesses adopt the platform.

Positive: Love earning free or discounted meals when going to places I dine at frequently.

Negative: It would be nice if more places used five stars. Use at least 50 characters blah blah

Summary: Overall I think Fivestars is great. I would appreciate a confirmation stating discount was accepted. Also, can I redeem multiple at one time?

Positive: Love discounts and rewards programs. Enter phone number easily. Map showing locations and offering search area is helpful.

Negative: Not always sure if discount has been accepted. Sometimes screen times out before I know if employees have seen. On a particular occasion I saw a 10% discount but not sure if it timed out or was accepted.

Summary: Great. Again having to go to 50 characters on this dang survey - that's crazy.

Positive: Earning points are easily managed and now I have to go to 50 characters

Negative: None. Except for having to go to 50 characters on this dang survey

Summary: I like how sign up is by phone number, extremely convenient and easy to use.

Positive: eliminates the use of plastic cards and multiple vendors use the program

Negative: I find it hard to validate and check points and promotions unless I go into a store
