Summary: I love using this product overall! I love telling my customers about the system because it makes them overjoyed knowing they are taken care of.

Positive: I love how easy it is to use. It is simple and up-to-date. I get excited to see all my points build up and keep track of all my discounts. A good amount of people in my area are now using this product, so that helps too. The app and the tablet in stores are very easy to use.

Negative: The amount of time I am able to see my discounts. I have only had one or two run ins with the tablet itself that I wasn't sure how to fix, but the support team was more than happy to help me.

Summary: It has always been pleasant to go there. The staff are very good. It's always been a very pleasant experience.

Positive: We love the customer service. We take 2 dogs there, Harley and Chappie. They also love 4 Paws. The staff is very good to them. From the front desk to the groomers in the back, everyone is delightful. It puts our minds at ease to put them in the boarding part of 4 Paws. It's clean, and we wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else.

Negative: It is expensive, but it is also worth it. I feel like the money is well spent. There are other groomers that are more expensive, and not as a clean or friendly.

Summary: Great experience. Makes it worth the trip to the brick and mortar store over ordering online.

Positive: Convenient to use each time I visit Evapor and great bonus points incentive program.

Negative: Nothing that I disliked. I liked everything about the software.

Summary: I'm a fan of the product. I think it works well, it doesn't try too hard to be something it's not, and it makes my life easier.

Positive: I love that I can get rewarded at local shops that I consistently go to. Five stars make it so much easier than having a punch card for every single shop. Instead, I can simply type in my phone number, and have all the rewards and points right in front of me, every time.

Negative: Sometimes my phone number will disappear off the screen a couple of seconds after I typed it in, and I don't know if a received a reward.

Summary: Clicking through quickly is inevitable, but maybe change the color of the points you have already earned so you can easily know. Maybe I just missed it.

Positive: Super quick, 3 quick screens and you're done. I think it's the most efficient system I've seen so far for rewards.

Negative: Not obvious to figure out where to look at your points, at least quickly

Summary: I absolutely love how easy it is to use. The rewards program is really nice because it's easy to rack up points. There are many rewards at one shop that are easily obtainable. I also find it convenient how the app shows where other local restaurants use the app. 10/10 would recommend!
