The flexibility of Fitmanager means we can adapt the system perfectly to our business needs. Both our trainers and customers can use it, and that really gives me peace of mind. Another challenge with this business is keeping members up to date of any changes. Everyone gets so much information on WhatsApp, Facebook etc. It sometimes leads to information overload and people miss important announcements. The Fitmanager app makes this easy, I can communicate with all our members directly and be certain they receive the information. This means I don't have to worry about emails not being read and customers not being aware of important announcements. Fitmanager also listens to our feedback, which is really important for me as a business owner.
