Negative: Some back-and-forth was needed for our particular needs in terms of users and space, but that wasn't a software issue; it was more of a communication gap.

Summary: Great and easy to use. It saves us a lot of time and effort. The design is also very user friendly which enhances the entire user experience and journey!

Positive: The user groups snd access customizability allows hosting complex RFPs and RFIs with certainty!
In addition, the ease of use, ability to create data room built into the tool to manage all of the questions and answers related to the deal itself.

Negative: Storage limit - the limit provided as part of the initial package - It would have been nice to get more storage space for the price paid

Summary: The most cost effective and seamless VDR to use for due diligence. It has been a good solution for sharing confidential documents with different user groups. I am more comfortable sharing documents through Firmex than through Google drive/Dropbox, or directly via email.

Positive: Easy and intuitive user interface, very smooth functionality. Both Customer Support and Customer Success Manager are great at responding to queries and providing product updates.

Negative: Setting user permissions is a bit tedious as you have to navigate to every folder to set them and there is summary view of the permissions against each folder.
