Far Manager is a program that manages files and archives on Windows operating systems. Far Manager is a text-mode program that allows you to perform most of the required actions. Far Manager offers a multilingual, configurable interface. Color highlighting and sort groups make file system navigation easier. Far Manager's functionality is greatly enhanced by plugins, which are DLL modules that can be added to the system. This is possible thanks to a special set interfaces called the Plugins API. Plugins are included in Far's standard distribution and can be used to implement FTP client, archive support, temporary panel, network browser, and FTP client.
