    Summary: Our overall experience is excellent. Customer support works great. Also, the price is reasonable for the value it brings to our company.

    Great way to gather instant feedback

    Summary: The reporting platform is good for anything from positive feedback to reporting serious issues. It can be accessible only to employees or even to customers, which is amazing. FaceUp helps us to constantly improve our management style and communication through what we learn from the suggestions we receive.

    Positive: FaceUp is a great platform for identifying underlying problems, which otherwise would not be discovered or would cost more money and time. I appreciate it is secure, ISO certified and complies with GDPR and EU Whistleblowing Directive.

    Summary: FaceUp gives us a space to continuously build trust and strong community. We have also conducted surveys about employees’ satisfaction, and it turns out FaceUp helps improving it.
