Positive: FaceTime is amazing. I am able to chat with up to 32 people at once. Along with that with iOS15 we can chat with anyone on Android!!

Negative: I don't like how PIP doesn't fix it self when switching back to the screen.

Positive: This software is good because I can use it on the go, I live abroad and have many friends who live in the UK and it's just so easy to FaceTime them in real time to talk whenever I need to.

Negative: Sometimes there is breakage but I think that's more to do with my connectivity than the actual software.
