Summary: Terrible waste of time, scammers. They give you the run around and make you jump through hoops. They ask for a police report then they say they cannot verify it.
Positive: They answer the phone when you call though they do not resolve the issues. They have an easy website to file claims.
Negative: I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my claim and order related to [Order Number] and the associated shipping warranty. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter, I have not received the chipping protection I ordered, and the claim I filed has been denied multiple times without clear justification or verification.
