    Absolute rip off

    Summary: Dealing with this company was an absolutely a nightmare.
    I was never able to use this platform even one time.

    Positive: Nothing at all. This platform was impossible to learn and use
    They charged me without my authorization and have incredibly difficult rules around cancelling a service you never even ordered. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

    Negative: Their deceptive billing practices.
    Impossible to use.

    Waste of time and resources

    Summary: The user interface is clunky and full of bugs. I was never able to successfully onboard a new client without multiple glitches and even my most tech savvy clients were confused by the system.
    I had multiple problems while onboarding and "tech support" was slow and many times couldn't address the issue at hand. I was left for over a week with a critical error that prevented users from registering for an event. I never did get a suitable response. When I cancelled the service I was refused a refund despite the many documented errors. I wasted nearly 300 dollars and several weeks on the system that ended in aggravation and a hurried hunt for a new solution.
    I wish I had read the other reviewer's comments before I agreed to come out of pocket on the system.
    I was extremely patient with them and offered to work with them to correct the problems that were preventing me from using the system as it is advertised. They didn't seem interested and were also not terribly concerned that they left me angry with my wasted time and their refusal to refund.
    Overall, a disappointing experience with a system that should be promising.

    Positive: I loved the premise of what it was advertised to do. Unfortunately, it is not ready for production level use.

    Negative: Poor user interface.
    Outdated technology platform to run the system.
    Slow and inadequate tech support .
    White label version is not fully white labeled

    Unusable platform with sketchy billing practices

    Summary: Indescribably bad! Limited platform with over priced"assistance"
    Inaccessible to coaches and clients

    Positive: Nothing actually
    Hard to understand and impossible to use while be charged without our knowledge or consent !! For services not rendered

    Negative: Being signed up for a subscription without our knowledge or consent and when contacted for a refund in the time period in their own rules they would not refund our company even though we never actually received the services.
