Summary: Expert Texting has a high read ratio and saves us money and time. They are a great software for us.
Positive: I love that Expert Texting doesn't charge for incoming texts. I also love that they are about a quarter of the cost of other mass text softwares.I
Negative: I dislike that Expert Texting isn't really great for large enterprises. So if you have a large company this software isn't for you.

Summary: Overall, I felt extremely put off by being told my business operation was not operating above board and did not qualify for use of their platform, even though the parameters quoted were completely incorrect. Expert Texting doesn't know what they are doing, and I tried not taking offense having given that some consideration- But as an executive Marketing Director, this type of treatment is completely unwarranted and inappropriate of an "enterprise" solution.
Positive: I liked the pricing model, and the ease of use for the system in creating marketing campaigns. But was told I didn't qualify, without adequate reasoning.
Negative: I have an acquisition brokerage, where I hire applicants and obtain prior consent to reach out with more opportunities. I was told by expert texting advisors that they wouldn't accept me using their service. Even though I thoroughly explained how prior consent was obtained- in the end I was told "No, because we don't allow mortgage companies". I explained that I wasn't a mortgage company, and that they were misinformed about the nature of my business which is inbound and acquisition. The advisor I spoke with was of eastern decent given the accent- and the operation is likely fully outsourced.

Summary: Very Bad customer service! It is not a company that I could ever recommend to anyone. The online customer service is a joke and the live service is just as bad.
Positive: It looked good at first, but as soon as I begin using the platform, the problems started showing up with "Customer Service", live and online as well.
Negative: I tried using this company and had issues with the first text I attempted to send out. The Customer Service was awful and just could not understand my issue. They kept telling me the same thing over and over which did not solve my issue. Then I talked to a live person which was just as disappointing!!!

I am trying to cancel my account and having a hard time doing that as well, there is no way "online" to cancel, you must call them and answer a series of questions while they try to save the account and make it hard to cancel. I "must" send them an email with my reasons for canceling and request they delete my account. SCAM SCAM SCAM..... stay away is my advice!!!
