Summary: Expensya is highly recommended product according to me. It's just because of numerous reasons one should go for Expensya like for its excellent access ,workflow easy management platform and extremely powerful time and reports tracking system. It's a promising tool and won't disappoint its users.

Positive: Talking about the basic features, Expensya is an exceptional tool which gives simple, fast and easy to implement and use. It is a solid software that helps us to simplify expenses. It has an excellent and fluid interface which makes it simple to learn and adapt and processes very easy for the employees too. I never handled the expenses so easy like I do with Expensya. It allows us to do our expenses within a very short time thus saving us much time.

Negative: Expensya on my point view is super stable and balanced tool . So their is no issue from my side as far as Expensya functionalities are involved, the spend management tool is easy to get used and the flexibility of the features is amazing and even friendly as well.

Summary: The solution met our needs perfectly. I can save a lot of time thanks to this software. AI integration is really good and it helps a lot for auto-completion and generating our expense report with ease. We can easily add spend rules based on your business processes.

Positive: A future-oriented tool. It has a great app that you can access quickly and upload images to extract data from it. Can easily modify and edit my budget. We can easily save time on entering your expenses. Digitized version of your receipt can be easily created and export in to suitable format.

Negative: Nothing so far. Really happy with the product. It uses business Intelligence to control all of your company's expenses in real-time. Within seconds we can create a month-end expense report.

Summary: It's been a delightful experience using Expensya which not only keeps invoices but also provides description of total expenses.

Positive: From third party invoices to customer bills, when it comes to capturing invoices Expensya is the most reliable expense tracking app.

Negative: While scanning many invoices in series together, the app would restart although my previous bills are still scanned and ready.

Summary: We can easily send automatic reminders to the employees. Complies with PCI security standards. Support multiple languages and currencies. Can able to connect multiple mobile devices. Can't have a much better tool than Expensya.

Positive: Solid software helps us to generate expense reports. AI integrated tool helps to assign categories/accounts based on past entries. By drag and drop, we can easily import expense bills. We can reimburse employee's salaries directly to their bank account.

Negative: Integrations are limited to only a few applications. It will be better if there is an option to integrate other applications like Swiggy etc.

Summary: We use the tool on iOS, Android, and the web. Time tracking and currency conversion are really great. We are very happy with this software. Data digitalization and process optimization help a lot to save time. Invoice can be inserted by OCR.

Positive: Easy to configure and deploy. Reduces a lot of time for expense report generation. We can easily generate electronic invoices to handle reimbursements. A monthly or annual subscription is available.

Negative: The maturity of the user experience can be improved. Sometimes support may take time to process a request, mainly due to release management. Apart from this everything is good.

Summary: It uses technologies such as cloud, AI, and Machine Learning to automate expense reports. We can easily get rid of this time-consuming task and hence increase productivity. Results beyond expectations.

Positive: Overall experience with this solution has been great. The best solution for your entire expense management Across the business. The scan IA for the expenses report is very impressive. It has OCR to scan bills. Great for medium to large enterprises.

Negative: Nothing I can find up until now. Using the product since 2019. Expensya is a great tool with lots of features. Can easily get data from any kind of bill, bank card, or any app such as Uber, etc.

Summary: Expensya became part of our organization over the past 2 years. Really easy to use and generate reports. Automated Reminders help a lot. We can automatically extract data from bills and invoices. Supports AI / Machine Learning. Really awesome tool.

Positive: Extremely powerful time and expense reports tracking system. Great user support. We can easily export the report in various formats such as Excel, CSV, etc. We can easily access pre-built and custom reports and dashboards.

Negative: Features such as trip notifications, Itinerary Management can be added. The flight Status Update feature is not available. But it's a really great tool to manage your expenses.

Summary: I stumbled upon this software when I was looking for a solution to manage my invoices digitally and after using it for a while, Expensya is totally worth it.

Positive: Expensya is mostly used for collection of invoices from other sellers and miscellaneous expenses are also recorded with Expensya.

Negative: Whilst I have enjoyed a good service so far but sometimes the app crashes.

Summary: Customer support team and flexibility of using this product gives it the most preferences in management of funds in any organization. Organizations with challenges of managing budgets can invest in this platform for better performance in finance management.

Positive: Expensya being a super friendly, clear and fast tool has many options to upload expenses. I like how easy and convenient the platform is ,as it is quite intuitive when entering data.It also includes map and various types of Modena to enter. I could not find a tool that met the needs of accountants, who were looking for an analytical breakdown into several accounts. This point played in Expensya's favour, everything can be configured.

Negative: Expensya overall is a joy to its user. I haven't seen any sign of complain in this tool ,it has delivered all that it promises and has been a very great help to my accounting process.

Summary: Really useful and time-saving tool. We can manage, administer and process all information on travel expenses in one place, from hotels to room rent. We don't have to manually enter details. Supports almost all credit cards. Nice tool for an organization.

Positive: Fast and easy to implement and use. using the application for months without any problems. Ticket and invoice reconciliation helps a lot. It has the necessary tools to pass on my information. Automatic recognition of bills helps a lot to monitor expenses and validate expense reports.

Negative: To know mileage it is necessary to introduce it manually to Google Maps and another equivalent applications. Other than this I am really happy with the product.

Summary: Using Expensya for the past 2 years. It helped a lot to reduce time and cost in expense management. No need for any paperwork. Negative: Design can be improved. Other than this I can't find any downside with the product. They have a great support team which helps a lot to clarify doubts.
