Negative: The magnifying glass can be improved. Mobile design and features are a bit less than web design. Other than this everything is really good.

Positive: One of the best tools to monitor expenses and validate expense reports. Really easy to integrate a corporate card. We can easily integrate with applications such as Uber etc. We can easily access expense reports while not connected to the internet.

Negative: Design can be improved. Initially, it was a bit difficult to access the tool. But they have a good support team. OCR functions very well. Very good tool to manage all my day to day expenses.

Summary: Expensya has helped me save time and made the process of managing expenses for me, my team and other departments in the company easier and smoother. I can always count on it to automatically organize and sort out every expense and use the different tools to also organize invoices that are received through email, which is something that is very beneficial as emails sometimes are difficult to get through if there’s a lot of them and can get lost if not searched properly, and it’s something that used to happen often as we received many during different quarters of the year. I find that Expensya has improved my productivity and it’s a great solution that I don’t regret implementing into my team because we are able to track everything so easily unlike before when we had to do everything manually, and often resulted in mistakes caused by human error, which affected us as a business and as a brand. I believe this is the best and most simple software to keep track of expenses out there.

Positive: What I find nice about Expensya is the fact that it’s automated and saves me tons of time organizing and verifying all expenses. Its interface is totally easy to understand and doesn’t require a long learning curve to be able to start using, which is something that I think it’s important because I want to be able to start working right away, and this was possible with Expensya. I find it very convenient to have every expense entry on this program as it is cloud-based and fastens the job of organizing and processing reports on different expenses, and provides clear and honest management of every payment that goes through in our business so we can have track of each one and be able to find everything quickly. Its customer support is very kind and has attended to us in a fast period of time when certain bugs appeared while scanning, and I found the experience incredible as well as efficient.

Negative: Sometimes the fast scan feature won’t work properly and it results in mistakes on the scanning of documents and entries. We have reached their support service and they have been working on fixing these bugs. Other than that, I believe Expensya is a well-rounded software with unlimited capabilities.
