Summary: It serves the purpose of maintaining my expenses and has not disappointed me. I only trust Expensya for now.

Positive: Expensya maintains my expense journals. It acts like my virtual accountant. Accepts bills and creates expenditure summary which are beyond my expectations.

Negative: Except a few rare white screens, I find it effortless to work with Expensya.

Summary: A great tool to use. The archive is simple to use and practical, I can easily recover the old expenses. I can complete my expense report on the computer with more speed. The alerts/Notifications feature is very good. Data Import/export and expense Tracking can be done very easily.

Positive: The best tool to manage expenses. Really happy with the automatic recognition of bills. The interface is very simple. You can instantly scan a ticket, and send an invoice by mail in the software and it arrives directly on its interface. No paperwork is needed for preparing reports.

Negative: Sometimes support may take time to respond. Design can be improved. Other than this, I can't find any negative side. A very good tool to manage expenses.

Summary: As a manager who is responsible for reimbursing monthly salary of employees, for me Expensya is a must have tool. I can easily calculate salary based off expenses and work done by each employees. Support is highly available and efficient. Great tool!

Positive: There are lots of features including receipt Capture using optical character recognition, API integration, and automated reminders. Very helpful to calculate employees salary. Auto-completion feature is an added bonus. Really helpful for managing expenses of a company of medium to large strength.

Negative: Initial learning was bit tricky for someone who is new to this. Other than this Expensya is a must-have tool for managing expenses and keeping track of one's responsibilities..

Summary: It is of prime importance in sports industry to know how much is spent on sports equipments and not to overspend on it, Expensya really helps to control our unnecessary expenses.

Positive: Expensya not only collects invoices from wholesealers but also helps us to keep a tab on how much we are spending through weekly expenditure dashboards.

Negative: Very scarcely do I encounter bugs and crashes with this app.

Summary: Supports multiple platforms, from web browsers to android devices. Using a GPS system, it's really easy to calculate an employee's salary based on the distance traveled. Really easy to calculate overall expenses incurred in the company. Great tool with great features.

Positive: A really cool tool to manage all expenses. Easy to scan expense receipts and reimburse employee's salary based on travel distance. Supports multiple banks and cards. OCR is really great. We can reduce a lot of time consumption for manual entries.

Negative: The web interface can be made much better. Other than this everything is really great and I can't find any downside with the product. Really awesome tool to manage all my expenses.

Summary: Fantastic app for getting a hold of all my expenses through secured and error free systems of Expensya.

Positive: Expensya is the app that you need to gather your expenses in one place and prepare expenditure statement. All the while being assured that your expenses are monitored and are under control.

Negative: I have faced some issues while uploading the invoices as it takes a while to find the file in my phone.

Summary: Using Expensya for the past 2.5 years to manage my company's expenses. Comes with various features such as Receipt Capture, Embedded AI, and Currency Conversions. Can easily capture receipts, parse receipts, and convert/assign them to a report from a mobile device. We can easily send remainders to employees who have not completed their task. Overall great tool.

Positive: Easy to manage all the expenses incurred in an institution. It's really easy to track expenses and time to know know what was spent when. OCR feature is really great, we can easily scan the receipts. Supports multiple currency conversions. Sends automatic reminders to those who have not completed their report. Works in multiple platforms such as Android or IOS- and on any web browser.

Negative: Took some time to familiarize with the operation of this tool. Apart from this nothing negative to point out as a dislike about Expensya. Great tool with great features.

Summary: Expensya really lives up to its name and promise. It truly delivers outstanding expense reporting and stores all my invoices securely.

Positive: During site visits, it's important to have all the expense invoices stored securely. Expensya does this job very well. It stores and reproduces my expense reports on demand.

Negative: Not that I can recall but if I do find any bugs, I shall update it.

Summary: I would love to keep this app in my phone for as long as our business exists as it has helped me keep accountability of my vendor expenses.

Positive: Expensya has really helped us keep track of expenses paid to grocery vendors and lets us know how much we have spent in a month. Very useful app.

Negative: I don't know if they can prepare customised options for different industries, this will be my suggestion.

Summary: Since Expensya also gives you access to its customised annual or quarterly expenditure reports, I think it's a brilliant app for business industry.

Positive: The most important thing that I like about Expensya is that it gives you peace of mind when it stores all your expense invoices under one roof. Scan and store is a great feature.

Negative: Personally I don't think there is any con, except if they could update the apps a little more frequently.

Summary: Pretty happy that I discovered Expensya right before incurring heavy expenses so that I can record them appropriately.

Negative: Solely have I come across problems with the app and those were during quick scans only.

Negative: I hope they can let me transfer invoices to multiple devices in future or maybe I don't know how to do it.

Negative: While using the software, I have not faced any difficulty.

Summary: It's a great software for anyone who wants to maintain expenses at a very low cost subscription, then just go for Expensya without thinking twice.

Positive: Expensya is perhaps the best and simple to use expense and invoice recorder which also provides a report of all the expenses incurred.

Negative: Once it has crashed while entering data, this was a bit painstaking as I had to enter it all over again.

Summary: Expensya truly deserves to be in my software portfolio as a very useful accounting software and surely share it with my friends, too.

Positive: I am now able to track all my expenses by uploading the invoices straight into Expensya. This is very convenient and helpful to know the status of your accounting, too.

Negative: I do not think that it has any cons for the usage that I have experienced.
