Exelysis Contact Center allows each call to be multi-tagged based upon its characteristics, which allows for fine-grained handling. Agent groups act as the bonding agent between call handlers and agents. Groups can be abstracted to represent skills, departments, campaigns and allow for great flexibility in modeling call routing scenarios. You can combine groups into sets to create more complex scenarios. Based on the call's characteristics, queueing is dynamically performed. Priorities allow for fine tuning of the order of call handling, and advanced features such as priority levels allow agents to assign important calls concurrently with their simplified workload.
