    Stable mechanism to manage several events simultaneously.

    Summary: Scheduling events on this platform was one of the best things we have been able to do in our company. Eventzilla is being used by the vast majority of the employees of our company, since we have always allowed all employees to participate in the programming of our events and to give their point of view on future events. For us, Eventzilla has very attractive components, its structure is very well done, its functions help projects to be managed easily, all these points in favor have made our experience truly complete. We thank Eventzilla for allowing us to manage events in a more general way, with this platform we can manage several events at the same time, without any inconvenience. Some things still need to be optimized, for example, there can be no planning of an Event if there is no internet connection, I hope they will solve that soon.

    Positive: The main use that Eventzilla has in our company is to organize events and schedule them, in addition to organizing each of the participants, the vacancies in each event is something essential for us. We define ourselves as a company that needs to hold several events on a monthly basis, so Eventzilla has played an important role in the development of each of those events. Evenzilla is being used as an alternative to organize events. There are several things that I liked about EventZilla, these were:

    1. It has a fairly easy-to-manage panel where each of the schedules that have taken place over a certain period of time can also be widely viewed. EventZilla allows you to view weekly and monthly each of the scheduled events, so it is easy to find a specific event and see it in detail. In addition, it has an excellent Calendar view which helps to know each of the dates occupied by an event.

    2. I love the automated notification and reminder system. For this system to have functionality, it is only enough to add the contact list of the participants, and thus each one will receive a reminder to their telephone number and also through the email registered in the contact. It is a good measure to keep the participants of each event alert.

    3. I love being able to organize events from my mobile phone. EventZilla has a great application for mobile phones where events can be organized in a similar way to the version for computers, in addition, it is important to highlight that this App also allows you to see the progress of each event, you can see the attendance rate that there was and the progress made on each project.

    4. Organizing Events in EventZilla is not at all basic, it has a fairly complete organizer where you can add the expenses that there will be for each project, you can have a cost planning for the entire event, in addition, you can organize the amount of hosts there will be. The entire organization of Events in EventZilla is very complete.

    Negative: One of the main issues I noticed with Eventzilla is regarding the participant cancellation system. When we create an event, we open a certain number of vacancies so that the participants can reserve their seat, however, when one of the participants cancels the participation, the system does not notify us, and automatically opens the seat for another person. In order to know that this happened, I have to check the list of participants and see that someone has canceled, this is a very tedious process. I would love to be notified when this cancellation occurs so that I can update the list of attendees and know who will be attending the event. On the other hand, it is important to point out that I have not had any other problems with the general operation of Eventzilla, its system works wonderfully, it does not have any type of bugs and all the information is stored in the cloud.

    Improvements in punctuality for all events and meetings.

    Summary: At the moment, we are completely satisfied with the usefulness that EventZilla has represented with its functions of organizing, creating and managing all kinds of Events in a company. Our general experience with this platform was really pleasant, it has been very easy to use although we have had a few questions during our adaptation process (doubts that were not resolved in time). There are several things that EventZilla needs to improve such as customer support and the method of monthly subscriptions that it has, so that it does not give more errors to users who subscribe monthly.

    Regarding the general functions, they have had a very good performance, we have been able to manage all our events in a pleasant way, we have managed to get our clients to attend our events at the right time, in addition, our employees have been able to attend our events in a responsible manner. EventZilla has increased accountability and support in our company.

    Positive: EventZilla is one of the best ways we have found to be able to monitor, organize and complete all kinds of events, whether they are in-person events or virtual events. For us, EventZilla has been very helpful in organizing events of all kinds, we have been using it for about 2 years now and have been experiencing increases in overall organization and schedule completion. The things that have caught my attention in a positive way about EventZilla are the following:

    - I love the way in which I can organize all kinds of meetings and events from the agenda that this software offers me, this agenda works like a Calendar, where I can move, drag and drop the various activities or events with just one click . It is very easy to change a date of an event, it is only necessary to drag it and voila, it will be on another date, with this mode it is quite easy to organize all future events for specific dates, there is no need to do anything manually, just drag and drop .

    - I really like the way EventZilla allows me to send the invitations to the participants, from the same EventZilla panel I can send the invitations by email without using any type of inbox, it is not necessary to open my email email to send them manually, all you have to do is add the participants who will be to contacts, and select them, they will instantly receive the invitation.

    - The integration with social networks is impressive, we have integrated it with our Facebook and Instagram social network and the results were impressive, we have been able to make instant invitations through our social networks with just one click.

    - Notifications are constant in EventZilla, it sends alerts constantly when the date of the event is almost there or when the event is about to start. These alerts have allowed participants to show up on time even though there are always some participants who arrive a long time later.

    Negative: EventZilla has been working great, however, we have had several problems in the subscriptions of our EventZilla Payment plan, they are small flaws that I think could be improved little by little and this software would be much better. The errors we have had are the following:

    - When we had the monthly payment plan, and the renewal date came, we had to delete the old subscription and renew it manually, the system was not configured so that the subscriptions are automatically deleted and renewed. We had to pay attention to the exact time to be able to eliminate it and have it renewed instantly, this caused us to opt to subscribe annually and thus avoid those bad times while waiting for the monthly renewal.

    - Customer support is not as optimal as they promise, when we agreed to use EventZilla for the first time, we were promised a support that would always be attentive to our requirements, however, the support took more than 2 days to answer our questions, which forced us to look for solutions in the software's help material.

    Event management and excellent notification system.

    Summary: Once you learn to handle all the features of Eventzilla, there is no going back, since the organization that the events will have will be far superior. This platform has left me shocked and with a fairly good overall experience, since I have been able to organize each of the events in our company, we have also organized videoconferences, meetings and workshops, and this platform has been key to the management of participants for each scheduled event. The notification system is spectacular and keeps us consistently informed of any changes to events. I am very grateful to Eventzilla for their excellent event management and their ability to keep us organized on a day-to-day basis.

    Positive: Eventzilla was a totally consistent platform in the management of events, videoconferences, classes, workshops and meetings. What I liked the most about this platform is its perfect integration system with social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, which helped us to further expand all our events. Our real estate company holds several events several times a year, and EventZilla has helped us to be able to control the participation of the events, register the people who will attend and much more. In addition, I have loved the notification system that Eventzilla has offered me, since it keeps me informed about the change in each event or the changes in the event information, I receive these notifications in my email, in my computer and on my cell phone.

    Negative: One of the problems that we have faced since we started using Eventzilla is with regards to membership renewals. Currently, there are many conflicts in automatic renewals, as payments are not processed correctly and this causes the membership to be canceled instantly and we may lose access to previously organized events, meetings and workshops. We are always on the lookout at midnight so we can do renewals manually and not lose our data from planned events, but I would like to have an automated membership renewal system that is much more streamlined.
