Positive: Constantly evolving to meet todays learner's needs and expectations. One of the few out there that provide a means for supporting learning for customers, not just internal employees. Growing into current and future L&D standards i.e., xAPI. Exceptional partners, true partners that work with you to ensure you can deliver and meet you learning needs. This company and system is always evolving and adding to it's functionality. They keep you informed of what is in a new release and give you control of when to accept that release.

Negative: With evolution comes a few hiccups, so make time to test. The support team and support system is amazing.

Summary: Eurekos LMS is great way to get customers on board, as an introduction to the system, and they can take courses at their own pace. It’s well suited to businesses that deal extensively with specialist material – that is, content that needs to be learnt – because it’s quite system-based, straightforward and has lots of useful features.

Positive: What I like best about Eurekos is that it’s really easy to create courses. It’s designed in a very educational way and is easy to adapt for both beginners and more advanced learners. It also has lots of great features. Yes, it’s very user-friendly.

Negative: The course creation interface feels a bit limited, and the box-based navigation seems rather rigid. I’d like to see more flexibility there. I’d also like us to be able to interact better with other systems – particularly those not running on Microsoft – so that we can integrate it with the other tools we use and want to work with. At the moment, we don’t use the API.
