    Useless, just a blackhole, banned logins etc.. no phone support

    Summary: Despite the claims it is a useless service, one will receive little to no instructions and followup links are invalid, no support, hopeless to obtain an email response.

    Positive: None despite the hype.
    "Your submission has been locked out for multiple failed attempts. Please try again later or submit a new report."

    Negative: Impossible to login over months.
    No password recovery email.
    No phone support toll free number bumps you out.
